DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
I wish I had read the reviews earlier and believed my gut feeling. I trusted this company in booking flights for my family. The agent who dealt with my request, kept asking for a deposit of £300 to secure the seats and I asked why I can't pay in full he made excuses that the ticketing department are closed for the day etc and I can pay the deposit now and the next day I can pay the remaining balance and my tickets will be issued. I also told him that i was worried that he will make me pay a deposit and then later say the price/flight has changed I was very hesitant to pay the deposit however finally gave in after being reassured that the company is not like that and they won't do that. I made the payment and it was agreed i will pay the remaining balance the next day and my tickets will be issued. Next morning I get a call from saying he's transfrring me to a woman from the ticketing department, she says prices have changed and now i will have to pay and extra £200 - £300 to get the same flights and offers me other flights that have ridiculously long stopovers which was not suitable as I would be travelling with my two young children. She was also rude at times, she kept offering more expensive flights when we tried to explain to her we don't want to pay anything extra and on top of that she's yelling at us when it's clearly thier fault. Imagine the stress of trying to sort this out. They won't refund my deposit either and say if i did want a refund they will deduct a cancellation fee of £200. Cancellation fee for what??? A flight that was never booked! He did not mention any of this at all when I expressed my concerns before paying the deposit. I wish I listened to myself and did not trust them. Past week I have been trying to resolve this with them but they keep go round and round in circles. They finally issued tickets and we had to pay £220 extra and they also said they will issue a £300 voucher to use on next booking. I only agreed to continue with the booking because they promised a vpucher of £300 to use on the next booking. Even the voucher i had to keep calling them to receive it! After i finally received it it now states per passenger i can only use £50pp minimum spend of transaction £1000 and they did not even mention any of this beforehand, so I can't even use the voucher in full ( i wanted to book a further 2 tickets and use the voucher towards that) The whole process has been ridiculous EVERYTHING they say or state in their emails has a hidden agenda, save yourself some time and peace and book elsewhere. I have verything to prove what was agreed right from the beginning until the end. From what price we reserved and paid the deposit with and then how they changed thier words and trying to take extra money from us, i have all the proof via emails and voice notes. I just want to be able to use the full £300 voucher for my next booking or evn better get my money back! After all this they can surely keep to their words?!
Sham And Dishonest Agents
Helpful when tried to book a ticket and called me back several times to reassure that they are genuine - I suggested I pay the full price so the ticket can be issued the same day and the agent said couldn’t do that as takes 24 hours at least for the airlines to reserve the seat and then I can pay of the balance. When I asked if the price would change, I was reassured that not really and even if it did, it would be very little as long as I paid quickly and I would get a week to pay up! No payment sites were given so waited until after the weekend and called the site - the agent Salman was not in the office and the lady said I’ll get the info. to pay within an hour! A few hours later, I called back and was told there was a problem with the reservation - apparently the taxes had changed on my ticket hence the delay and the price had increased over 27%. When I said that was ridiculous - she was sharp with me saying not to say that as they were proper agents with ATOL and not any rubbish place. If I paid the inflated price I can have a confirmed ticket today. When I said I can get the same flight on the airline site today for over £100 cheaper she said but how do I know they won’t cancel it at the last moment etc. As a goodwill gesture she would give me £100 credit to use on my next booking which is never happening! Refused to give back my deposit despite an email following the deposit recite saying booking was confirmed!
So I lost the deposit and rebooked the flight at a higher price today than I could have paid a few days ago so very upset that this ATOL certified agent is tricking people!
Company Is A Sham
Ticket lords are a highly deceptive company that lures you into discounted flight deals that don't exist. They will make you pay a deposit, for flight then later tell you lost the booking, even though prior to the payment and just after will tell you all confirmed, they will then give you fictitious date to pay balance, when the date comes they say ticket no longer available, you have to pay double the fare originally agreed, before you know they'll extort exorbitant amounts of monies for a non existent flight. These are a bunch of sham artists that have very poor level English, uneducated, unprofessional, rude and low class. Be WARNED STAY AWAY, they are not genuine. They will refuse to refund your money after they have tricked you and even block your emails. They are disguting. The Law will catch with them soon. Their good reviews are fake too.
Dont Be Fooled
Tie you into a booking by taking a £100 Deposit for reservations that do not exist. Please dont waste your time. Wander why they dont have Google reviews???
I have reported them to all agencys and Companies house who are lodging an investigation. DO NOT Waste your money with them
Deposit Takers But Have No Tickets
Please, do not deal with this company, they are fake. they ask you to pay a deposit and then they will come back to tell you that the price has changed. Then when you are ready to pay for the ticket, they will pretend as if they are talking to flight agents and then come back to you that the ticket is gone. I have asked for a refund but no answer yet. The agents are all foreign accents speakers and they are duping people all over the world by using the deposit as an excuse to quote a higher price for you and then when you can't pay it, they will tell you, you can't get your deposit back. Imagine if 1000 people are duped this way, how much they will get? They have one excuse for everyone, and it's your agent is off sick and the next day when he or she is back, they will tell you, you didn't call at the right time so the ticket is gone.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. I bought a ticket for my father who wanted to travel with his two kids to Ghana from 17 August 2023 to 05 September 2023, I went online and saw good reviews which I think were created by themselves to deceive customers. upon reading all the reviews from here, I have realized that they use the same strategy to dupe people, and after, they tell you that no refund. They should KNOW that whatever you do on this earth, one day your cup will be full and the law will get you regardless of wherever you are. The price I saw was 1100 pounds for 3 people for London to Accra. they asked me to pay a deposit of 300 pounds which I did and the lady called Ajool promised to issue the ticket on 14th August 2023. On the 14th when I called, the guy I spoke to told me the lady was off sick and that I should wait until the next day. when I called the next day, she told me I should have called before 10 am meanwhile she admitted she didn't come in at all. Now, they quoted another price which was higher than the first price and they told me my deposit was gone. Now they are telling my father that they will give him a single ticket to Ghana and then confirm his return ticket on 28th August. This a sham and I will start legal action straight away because they use the same strategy.
The same tactic they have tried with me. The woman was extremely rude. I will ensure the company is struck off.

I paid a deposit, when I was forward to the date I needed to pay they said no economy flight was there and tried to sell me another ticket for 1k more!!!!
On asking them to refund my deposit 2 people said yes just email, for them to respond to my email to say my deposit csnt be refunded!!!
I am having to contact the bank to get my money back which is an extra headache not needed!!!!! Avoooiiiidddd!!!!!!!
This company has absolutely no integrity please do not scroll to good reviews and be fooled this is what I did. I ignored the bad and looked at the good only to please myself of getting a cheaper flight

They Will Give You A Discounted Price For A Flight
They will give you a discounted price for a flight and ask that you pay £100 deposit to secure it promising you that they will cancel and refund if you do not which to travel.I paid £100 on 9/05/3019 @ 22:05. They sent me a confirmation email after payment at about 22:30; with different terms and condition asking me to pay the Due balance on the same 09/05/2019 at 9am same day.
They have refused to reply all my emails and refused to answer my calls and even when they answer and realise you are not a new customer they will find a way to tell you that the person to attend to you is not on seat. The lady I spoke with today hang up the phone on me when I kept asking for her name, I told her I wanted to speak to the person I previously dealt with because he contacted me but as soon as she called up my name and read one of my last email, she told me that the guy is not on seat and that I should call in the evening to speak to another man.
I have been on this for 8 weeks now.

I have been through the same scenario and end up calling travel lord instead of ticket lord. NOTE: I lost £2425 through phoning a customer service on travel lord and they told me to transfer money into their bank account. I not received any service. I have reported to police as well.

Great Price To The Caribbean
I had 2 lovely staff who have dealt with my family to Jamaica. The price what attracted me at first. Thank you the lady for your patience and understanding as I was so worked up when I read the negative reviews after I have booked and paid my deposits on my flight. My peace of mind even though I was reassured all was ok was when I called up Virgin Atlantic and gave my booking reference. The airline confirmed all is ok, a piece of mind for us. Everything they said they would do they delivered. These discounted price are not a gimmick or scam it is 100% geniune.
I have passed on your details to friends and my family. I will definitely use Travel Lord Ltd again.
Be Alert!!! Don't Be A Victim.
Do not do any business with this travel agent. They are dubious and fraudulent. They tell you you have to pay a deposit to secure your ticket because You cant make a full payment the first time. They even send you an itinerary to convince you but they give the run around when you want to pay the balance. When they finally speak to you they tell you that your ticket is gone and that the only one available is at least £200 more than the ticket you deposited for. They threaten you that you will loose your deposit if you don't go for the new ridiculous ticket. When you try to get your deposit back they give you the run around again, for months and months. I have still not gotten my money back since january. They should be shut down and investigated. They stress you.

I wish I had read reviews before paying deposit of £260 for a family of 5. I was told price will be fixed up to 3 weeks before travel for an Emirates flight from Heathrow. After numerous calls to pay balance I was eventually told tickets were now £5.6k although it was still before the deadline. As they had my deposit they said they will look for alternative flights. In the end we had to take additional days off work to suit the tickets they got us which had journey times of over 24hours and these were £200 more than what we initially booked. The person I dealt with promised compensation voucher of £400 but refused to use it when I tried. On retun leg we noticed that the person I dealt with had book me on diff flight from everyone for last leg which was contrary to my booking request. When I phoned her to correct it, she called me mentally ill twice. The airline said as they could not change but that travel agent should be able to change as there were 2 seats. The person I dealt with refused to change and refused to give any explanation. I then asked her to use the voucher to buy a flight for that leg if she couldn't change. It was coming to £195. She refused and was extremely rude. They caused me and my family great distress and money. AVOID!!!
