Do Not Use This Company!!

I booked flights to Vietnam with Flight Wizards on Qatar Airlines. I then got a phone call the next day to say that there was no space left on the flights and the alternative was South China Airlines which meant a much longer travel time plus an extra fee on top. I refused to pay any extra and eventually he said the company would "absorb" the extra cost.

I then received an email a week later to say that one of the flights (china to vietnam) had been cancellled and the next available flight would mean spending a full day in a small regional airport in china with very little facilities. As we were only going for 2 weeks and these flights would take up nearly 5 days we decided to cancel. We had originally paid £1486 but he said that with cancelation fees and other costs involved we would only get £767 back. We reluctantly agreed and we then received an email to confirm that the refund would take up to 6 weeks! This seemed an absolute joke but we waited and waited....It's now 2 and a half months and we still have not received a penny from them. We are now considering legal action as they just blame the airlines. The staff are quite rude as well even though we're just trying to get our money back.....DO NOT USE THEM!!

So Rude! And Requested Photocopies Of Credit Cards

I have booked with the flight wizards, 1st of all i was booked on a cathay pacific flight, then i had a call the next day saying cathay had cancelled my booking (cathay said they hadnt, it was the travel agent), the flight wizards were insisting i had to travel a different date as there were no flights, i refused and insisted on a refund, then all of a sudden they found flights with Qatar. Then the next day they tell me they want a photocopy of my boyfriend's credit card front and back and a signed form before they will release the tickets even though payment has gone through - have spoken to Trading Standards, his bank, Citizen's Advice who all advised do not send this form and photocopy. The Flight Wizards are now saying unless he sends it then my flight will be cancelled and i will receive no money (the flight was £820). I'm in an awful situation, and the agents on the phone are extremely rude! I would not book with them, and certainly would never recommend them!!!

His bank and trading standards have explained this is not standard procedure and have advised not to send the copies. "Under no circumstances should you supply the photocopies of your credit card, as this is opening yourself up to credit card fraud, they have other ways of verifying payments."

well, they can be right by doing so because your case is a case of third party payment....who knows, may be you are trying to do some fraud!
