The Caribbean Hotel Company offered me the best rates in the market. The friendly staff and excellent service makes me keep going back to them whenever I want to go on a vacation with my family.

Hotel booking was excellent including having to change dates due to airline cancelling flight, taxi was waiting at the arrival airport as booked, taxi on time for return trip to airport for departure.

How do you get detailed information about specific Caribbean destinations? - speak to the CHC. Need help making your mind up? Speak to the CHC, they've been there. Arrange your holiday with them and from start to finish the CHC is working in the background, questions answered promptly, arrangements made quickly, and all with absolutely no hassle. Pick up the phone and it's as if you're talking to a pal. Be a bit more leisurely and use E-mail and it's just as good. We'll definitely be using the CHC for our next Caribbean jaunt - once the Avios have built up again! Thank you CHC.

The company delivered as promised. The hotel recommended to me was amazing and they beat other agents on price by a mile. The communication was excellent. We we're greeted at the airport with a private transfer in a lovely car and the driver was actually waiting for me 10mins before the arranged collection time on my last day which is never the case. May I add that all the transfers were included in the original price. Really cannot fault The Caribbean Hotel Company and I will def use and recommend again. Very happy customer.

We stayed at Glitter Bay on the recommendation from some friends. Our stay surpassed our expectations. The apartment was spacious and well situated within the complex. The beach was awesome in our opinion the best in Barbados. Sweet beach bar with good snack lunches and the best coffee on the island. Staff very pleasant and efficient. If we return to Barbados we would certainly return to Glitter Bay

When I was thinking about booking my holiday I stumbled across this company and the lady I spoke to was very friendly, had very good knowledge of the resort I was thinking about and was very helpful in answering the questions I had. Had a few conversations and when I was ready to book she was again very helpful and informative and triple checking that I was being given the best price. The whole process was stress free
