Please I'd request anybody buying overseas ticket, not to get it from Tasha travels. Save your money, energy and effort and go somewhere else to buy it. Even if the other agency is quoting a slightly higher price.

I was initially quoted an insane amount of money for Singapore airlines. When I checked the Singapore airlines website, the prices for the same ticket was significantly cheaper. Pointing it out to them, they matched us the price.Even though the e-ticket said inclusive of all taxes, when they sent a person to pick up the money, they said that we had to pay Rs 8000 per ticket extra for taxes.

Throughout each and every step of our ticket booking, dollar exchange, Tasha has created enormous amount of problems for us.

They have definitely lost our business, and any of our family members as well as friends. We will never ever recommend them to anybody.

And on top of that we had to deal with extrmely incompetent and unfriendly staff.

Tasha Travels has become excessively greedy and dis-honest with their customer dealings..

They not only charge high rates from customers...but also refuse to send them e-mails of E-Tickets which have the actual price of tickets quoted on them. Besides they are extremely uncooperative with their customers. They should be booked for their fraudulent activities and should also be barred by Airlines from selling their tickets.. as these Airlines also get bad publicity due to Tasha's dishonest and greedy approach. Agencies like Tasha Travels is a BLACK SPOT in India's Travel and Tourism Industry and should be BANNED.

I would like to recommend this travel agent (Tasha Travels) in Kolkata, who has helped me a lot. They seem to deal only with Airlines ticket booking, along with Forex & Overseas medical insurance. Though they also provide VISA assistance with USA & UK appointments, I didn't need that.

The best part of this agent is that they were open 24x7 & was reachable over phone & mobile at odd hours. They even delivered the ticket at my home. Thanks for all the help.
