Switzerland FlexiTours

The Switzerland Flexitours agent promised us 2 nights in Lucerne, Switzerland but changed it to Engelberg (about an hour by train from Lucerne) without informing us. We found out much later and had no choice in the matter. They also booked us at a hotel that is on top of the hill far away from anything and we needed a taxi to get back and forth. They were also not willing to compensate us adequately although they made the mistake. All our plans around Lucerne had to be cancelled as it was a total mess.

Switzerland FlexiTours also refused to compensate us adequately for the inconvenience, additional expenses and the mess in our travel arrangements. I do not recommend this travel agency. Not a reliable or responsible travel agent. They make changes and do not deliver as promised despite payment having been made. Not recommended.
