Swift Travel, Essex

Please do not use this agent. I recently booked 2 flights to the USA with them.They sent me confimation of the flights and charged my credit card. When I tried to log onto the airline to slect my seat , the airline did not recognise the booking ref. I phoned the agent and was told that the fare had now gone up and I needed to pay an extra £400.00 !!! even though I had already paid the price quoted! It transpired that Swift take your money then try to book the tickets !! Also they took over £1ooo.oo more from my card than I agreed with them!! I have asked for a refund and have an email confirming they have refunded the money but there is still no sign of the money being returned. I have since found out that a collegue had exactly the same problem and it took Swift weeks to pay the money back.
