Sunworld Direct

I have now booked 8 times through Sunworld, always book with the same person, who gives you a direct line. They made a mistake once and sorted it right away, they even sent me a box of chocolates to apologise.

They always seem to be genuinely interested in my needs and always ask lots of questions. I get a very personal service from them!

When I first booked my holiday, they were really really helpful, bent over backwards to help advise etc. could not fault them at all. This was the first time I had booked with them, but about 2 years ago when I popped in to ask for some advice they were also very helpful even though I wasn't buying through them.

When my holiday tickets arrived they were incorrect, this is when I found out that they should have sent me a confirmation invoice, that I never recieved, they then said they did send me one, that would have also been correct if I had recieved it, which they should have checked when they recieved it anyway. It took 5 days from me picking up the error to it being resolved, in this time I was constantly chasing them when they promised they'd phone back. In the end I had to pay extra to get the holiday I wanted. I felt I was completely messed about, I was going around in circles all week.

I would never book with them again, I have completely lost all faith and trust in travel agents.

Very friendly, went out of there way to help us with a really complicated holiday and managed to find what we wanted when no other agent could. Also gave us a really good price and listened to what we wanted. Paperwork was a bit slow, however, we book all our holidays through them now and have recommended them our friends.
