Do Not Book This Company They Liars

Not one of them can speak proper english so every query was a problem, they tell you one thing and do another, they ask you for extra money and pretend you owe more they are liars

Don't Bother Booking With This Company, They Are L

Don't bother booking with this company, they are lying conn artists using aggressive methods to force you to pay. My partner and I called up about a holiday to the Canaries advertised for £131 each. They hiked it up to £598 and when we said we didn't want to book they said they would take £100 for a cancellation fee- £100 to cancel a holiday we hadn't even booked! After hanging up on them they hounded us, calling my mobile phone immediately and continuing repeatedly until I blocked the number. They then called my landline. My partner has had to cancel his debit card in case they persist with removing the £100. Steer clear!!

What A Rip Off Save On Sun Holidays

PLEASE BOOK ELSE WHERE!!! Booked via ICELOLLY.COM THE INITIAL PACKAGE HOLIDAY WAS ONLY £193 FOR A 3 DAY STAY IN Ibiza Ok I change the one flight and that took me upto £271 with all the charges ok fine, paid £200 deposit after the total agreed price was £542 for two of us, only to be sent an invoice for £690, called several times for them to come up with the lame excuse of it was for the change of flight, which only cost an extra £4 if I booked myself. Please beware of theses C0N artist, you will not get a refund and once I paid the deposit that was it now I'm left with an extra cost of £148 for NOTHING. Really spoilt things before I even leave. PLEASE BOOK ELSEWHERE I HAVE ALWAYS BOOK VIA ICELOLLY WITH NO WORRIES BUT PLEASE ADVOID THIS FIRM

Highway Robbers Without The Mask

What can I say, appalling. I looked for a holiday through Ice Lolly and it brought up SunSave. It had a price for the flights and hotel etc. I went through the process of booking, which included the passenger names and Date of birth. It then asked for your payment card details. After I input the details I fount it strange as it said you could add your extras later, such as luggage. So at that point I called the office to query when I could put in my luggage etc. She then told me that the original price had gone from £802 to £950. I said it was impossible because I had the order in front of me with the £802 price. So I said I would confirm the order online. Which I did and it went through. I got a Order Confirmation through on my email, which did not have a reference, but said that someone would contact me within 24 hrs. No one called so I chased the next day, to be told the price was £140 more. When I questioned this and said that that was the price which I put the order through on. I was told by a Tracey that their Terms and conditions said that prices fluctuate..... What by £140... What an appalling company, why would they take your card details, although they never took any cash. It is a ploy to make you think you have booked and then they put the price up. So all in all their prices are dropped low to get you in and then they hike them up. Must be a law against this... By the way I checked the individual flight and hotel prices and they had not moved in price. KEEP AWAY FORM THIS COMPANY...

we booked through sunsave.com. Please please never use them! 1st we had been given a price then when we phoned to confirm it was not the same. No big deal was expecting a bit of difference. They asked for our names and payment detail all fine so far. I then Got the email through for me to send our passport detail which I did and even pointed out that my wife's passport was still under her maiden name. 3 days before we were ready to fly they sent email with tickets and they were in the wrong name. I phoned them up to tell them of there error that someone in there department had not read the email correct and was put on hold for a long time, then getting back to say it was my fault that I would have to pay £189 to change name £25 for their administration fees and 2.5% surcharge. I said I was not paying it, as it did not matter what name it was booked under it is the passport details that count and I had supplied them correctly and pointing the names out. They would not budge I felt totally helpless and ATOL could not help so I phoned up easyjet direct to tell them and find out if name could have been changed up until the passport number were entered and they confirmed they could, So I was in the right if the person that put our passport numbers in had paid attention there would not have been a problem. But then they told me that it was FREE to change the name to the maiden name and did it right then and there. Sunsave never got back in touch with me about my tickets so they don't care if I got the name changed or not It's a disgrace that sunsave have to try and do people out of there money and how many times has this happened. Over The Last Month I Have Attempted To Book A Hol

Over the last month I have attempted to book a Holiday with Sun save. On both occassions the Holiday was to the same resort, 2 different dates. The website on the first occasssion stated a really attractive price. When I eventualy got in touch with the company the price increased by over 500 pounds which was nearly a 40% increase on originasl price quoted. Needless to say I didnt book.

1 Month later the same holiday was still being advertised (i understand that timely updates to websites is difficult but 1 month?????)

Anyway i attempted to book the same Holiday and yes yet again the prices increased considerably when I contacted sunsave.

This company obviously has a strategy to hook customers with a cheap advert then try sell an increased priced holiday.

They state they cant keep the website uypdated with live prices but cmon.... 1 month and they still advertise the same resort with false prices.

In my opinion dont waste your time on the net with this company to then be told sorry its £500 more expensive because we cant keep our website upto date.

Avoid Sunsave go elsewhere!! Booked my holiday in January 2014 for and Easter break to Lanzarote in the April 2014 booking all went smoothly took my £5000 no problem. In early March I emailed hotel to ask for my 2 rooms to be together to be told they only had 1 room booked I called Sunsave immediately to be told after 3 calls to them a holiday company had gone in to administration but don't worry they will secure it with another supplier to cut a very long story short I was told 7 days before I was going they had done just that great I thought until 2 days before I finally got a call to say sorry no rooms I had a choice of 1 hotel at the end of the runway !!!! Didn't want the hotel at all but was told that was my only option I have been complaining ever since to be told they did everything they could absolute rubbish this is the type of company once they have your money that's it customer service terrible they really don't care about how it stressed my out DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM I rarely do reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to I don't want anyone to be treated the way I was !!!!!

Terrible

Booked my holiday through Sunsave in January for a family holiday to Lanzarote in April (Easter HOlidays) Beginning of March I emailed hotel direct to ask if we could have the 2 rooms together to be told only 1 room had been booked. I contacted Sunsave and was told they had not sent other names over (their supplier hadn't) I emailed hotel again and was told No they would of had the names, I then call Sunsave again to be then told the supplier they had booked the other room with had gone into administration and they would secure another room with another supplier and don't worry. The next 2 weeks I was constantly on the phone to them chasing as I knew Easter would be very busy and they would struggle. I was then told about 2 weeks before I was departing they had secured another room and they would send me another hotel voucher. The phone calls started again chasing them. I finally got a phone call 2 days before I was to depart to be told they didn't have another room at all and they could book me into another hotel. I asked if I had a choice of hotels and was told no this was the only hotel on offer. I had a quick look at the hotel, but the sunsave Rep. said she would hold on as she needed to know now. I didn't like the look of the hotel reviews were not good and it was right at the end of a runway but I was given no choice I had to take it. I complained straight away and the emails have been going back and forth but Sunsave not interested they have said they done their best. I warn anyone do NOT book with this company they really don't care as long as they have your money. I paid £5000 for the holiday and it was a holiday I didn't want but that's tough as far as they are concerned.

Absolutely Brilliant

Just got back after a week in Benidorm with a friend, staying at the Rosamar hotel-hotel, flights, baggage, and transfers all organised by Sun Saver and cannot fault them.

Yes we looked on ice lolly first for a cheap holiday and the Sun Saver price did originally quote £379- but after speaking on the phone the price was actually £440-however we had a good early flight going and a afternoon flight coming back all the other operators were quoting similar prices for night flights on ice lolly.

My advise would be to speak to them in person rather than on line, and give them a budget you can work within. I did this and found their operator Tracey extremely helpful.

Disgusted

Totally disappointed after thinking I found my perfect holiday for my family to then be told the hotel is not available at that price and would be 1000 pound more !!!! Then tried and offered an alternative that was 600 over my budget then the staff member was arrogant saying how much did you want to pay ???? Eh the price I was quoted online ??? Stay away complete let down promised a callback within 24 hours I had to call them to be told to busy we'll look into your booking and call you back 5 hours later they called with above news go with a decent company who offer good service and advice total inflation of prices and service sucks
