All our preferred lodges and activities were booked, as requested. Immediately upon our arrival, a member of staff was on the telephone to see whether everything was alright. During our entire stay, she went out of her way to solve any problem we were faced with. In Swakopmund she had, at her own initiative, arranged the very best table in The Tug, the most popular restaurant in town, with a complemetary bottle of wine.In brief, Sunrise Tours offered outstanding service.
