Don't Use These Agent
They took money from me and did not issue my tickes won't refund my moneyeithe.i have spoken o a dozen of people there .i am told refund will take 10 weeks.i am still waiting for mine.my story is the same as of other reviews. Pease do not use them .i have reported them to action fraud .
pls do not use this Agent they. took money from me till today is now three months no refund no ticket. can the police help
same story as above.Paid for my tickets never got them only to be told last minute that i will get a refund in 3 weeks and that was from November 2012 till now march 2013.When i rang the number after the 2 weeeks to chase up the number wasn't going through and the website doesn't even exist anymore.I have reported them to the fraud team.Dont use them.

There was never any website. 'FRAUDSTERS'. SUKHAJU TRVEL LTD is fake and all the people who pretended to be in a call centre ARE CONMEN. Alarm bellS were there. They were very unprofessional and would never tell their real names. I lost almost £1800 and ended up paying twice the amount I should have paid to start with.
I could have reported them to the police day after I made the purchase but hey they knew how to buy their time. Even after a month I was made to believe lies when I challenged no issue of ticket. I have learnt a lesson that I should trust my instincts all the time.
Once you made initial call they would pester you to buy with them then go quiet once payment was made. THIEVES!!!
Sukhaju Travels Are Scam And Fraudulent Agents.
Please don't patronise these scrungers. They are thieves. A friend made a booking and one Justin Sukhaju was the contact person. Then they ask you to pay money into the agents account after ticket confirmation. The name on account is R Sukhaju, but you will see that they give you the impression that they are alimited company, but not in the companies house register. My friend lost £500.00, because they could not provide ticket, instead they said she will get refund in 6 weeks, its now going to 3months. Telephone number does not work, send letters, it would be returned to the sender. BIG SCAM and Police said, they can't do anything.
Why can't the police do anything?
These people were communicating with us using e-mail and phone numbers that could be traced. Surely they should be able to do something. I am sure we deserve value of money we pay to protected.
They Have Taken My Money And They Cannot Be Contacted
l booked a flight to Ghana and paid £1800 into their account, l have since tried to contact them but their line is constantly engaged. Does any have an alternative number for them? Their number is showing as 0203 667 2030 which is a London number but their address is showing as an outside London address. Mr Sukhaju if you read this review please call me and send my tickets through, you know who l am and my flights are due in July.
I also lost £1735 pounds and have since reported this to fruad action and the bank Lloyds where the account is held. so far no updates.

Do not use the agent.they will dupe your money and said will get ticket 48-72 hours.but you will not get a ticket.after that they will come up with story we lost contract with the airlines.police are investigating them.and their account is frozen now.but they keep giving people different accounts.we where drupe. £3700.report has been made to fraud actions.do the same if you are a victims.

How do we report this we need to nail thiese criminals down

I fell for them too I paid the money into their account
They told that it takes 48 to 72 hours to get the tickets it's been four days and still have not received my ticket.
I has spoken to a number of people at that place, the list is endless oh and there's a manager who is never available always in a minute Whenever you Want to speak to him. I Wish had done my homework. something need to be done about this fraud travel agents.
Surely there must be some regulation standard.

I booked my flight with this fraudulent company 2 months ago and was told that they cannot issue me with a ticket unless they have 75 confirmed reservations (which i was made unaware of from the beginnning), they refused me a refund and told me that they will issue me with a ticket, 20days before departure, 20 days before departure, i got an email that they had lost their contract with the airline and my money will be refunded within a week, and kept transferring me to different people and eventually hung up on me. two weeks came and went and they have told me now that company policy is that they wait three weeks before refund not even considerin gthat it was their mistake and they should do everything to rectify this, they have stopped answering my calls and i am yet to receive a refund. i have contacted the police and they are being investigated. if you know what is good for you do not ever book with a company that is not ATOL or ABTA registered and never transfer money via bank account. only pay via debit or via credit card. i have been duped and cannot believe it.

Do not use this con artists, they have taken my money and will not confirm the flight... the guy i dealt with goes under the name of "Robin". I will report this to the police. Do not fall victim!

BEWARE!!!!! of this company bSUKHAJU FLIGHT,0203 667 2030 DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FALL VICTIM AND BUY A TICKET FROM THEM. they are fraudulent. I found them on the internet and bought a ticket from them, they then told me that they cannot issue me with a ticket (after i have paid) because there needs to be 75 seats filled and they need to fill them (this they did not say before they took my money) and then they rudely told me that they will issue me with a ticket 21 days before travel, 21 days before travel i got an email telling me that they lost their contract with the airline and they cannot issue me with a ticket, they will refund my money in a week. one week went and past, no refund, i contacted them and they now told me that they have a company policy, they cannot issue refund until three weeks later, and they told me its not "their" business if i do not travel, it is company policy, they cannot issue refunds before then, then they kept hanging up the phone on me, refused to pick my phone, three weeks came and gone, no refund... THEY ARE NOT ABTA OR ATOL REGISTERED.they know this so they always say do a bank transfer... do not ever do bank transfer on any company, always pay via visa or credit card... THESE ARE THE MOST FRAUDULENT OF THE COMPANIES. NOW I HAVE TO TAKE CIVIL ACTION BECAUSE IT IS NOT CRIMINAL AND THEY KNOW IT.
I have reported them to ACTION FRAUD - i suggest you do the same. I was suppose to be in Kenya but they never booked my tickets and me and my wife could not attend. Please report them to action fraud. . . they are all heartless ... especially (name removed)!!

They are NOT a real travel agents and they will NOT provide you with any flights / holidays - Do NOT USE THEM. I have been conned out of £800 after believing they were selling me 2 flights - they gave me false ATOL / ABTA reference numbers - I paid the full amount and they have now disappeared. I have reported them to the Police - they are under police investigation and the account holder R S Maharjan who is really based in Middlesex has had his account frozen and funds stopped. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND NEVER BOOK WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENTS NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE.
I have gathered that they have been using different account/banks (mine was R Sukhaju Lloyds) and it would be good if people report to police and the named bank with police ref no. so that if any of those accounts are discovered then most people should benefit. I was told in the bank that the business address was totally different from the one registered to the corresponding account.
I would commit murder if igot hold of 'anna, robin'. I was nearly going to report to the police just a day after I deposited money into their account BUT believe me they knew how to buy their time.
It maybe too late but I have learnt many things about internet purchases. I should have believed my instinct 'too good to be true'. I ended up apying for the same journey twice. Believe me 'once beaten twice shy'. Never use individual accounts when purchasing tickets.

I also paid for tickets back in Oct for Dec 12 but came travel day no tickets were available. I reported to Action Fraud and their bank (Lloyds) but no update yet. Surely the bank should be able to do something as well given the fact that I supplied police ref. number to them.
They should not let these people con us like this. They should closely monitor the accounts especially if it is not a business account as I have gathered.

sorry to hear your story... i will advise you stop trying to contact them because they will never refund. Your best option is trying through your bank if you made the payment via internet banking. they can chase the funds but nothing is guaranteed.
Hi All - Thanks for posting your reviews ... Please report your story to ACTION FRAUD and to the Police by dialling 101 - they were meant to be refunding my money back today but have not so far! I am owed 802 pounds and could not attend my Granddaughters wedding as they never booked my airline tickets.... They are all heartless.... please post reviews on here so that no one else is heart broken like I have been .....
