I had several terrible interfaces with Skybooker. Here is my latest...Please never book with Skybooker. They don't tell the truth and they avoid giving you your money you are entitled to. Our flights were cancelled by the airline due to COVID-19. The airline told me I am entitled to a FULL refund since it was the airline who cancelled our flight.

Skybooker told me my full refund needs to come from the airlines not Skybooker. When I spoke to the airlines, they stated since I got a negotiated price through Skybooker, the refund comes from Skybooker. The airlines said they can't even see the negotiated price so they don't even know what the refund amount should be. Skybooker kept insisting that the refund would not come from them. I was tired of getting the run around.

I ended up calling my credit card to dispute the charges and will get credited for the charges. I will report Skybooker to BBB, US dept of transportation and anyone else I can file a complaint with

False prices. Required a "call in" to get a rate and then say there's a problem with the price you chose but that they can get you on another flight for a higher price. When asked for a supervisor, they say none are available. When asked for their IATA number they refuse to provide. Per IATA "Agencies will provide their IATA code if asked. Some online agencies have false statements on their websites claiming to be IATA accredited, protected or bonded, or claiming that they hold membership with IATA. Be aware that when a travel, cargo or service agency makes reference to IATA on their home page, it does not necessarily mean that they are IATA accredited."

The agent that assisted us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

If there was a zero, SkyBooker would get it. They gave me so much grief! False advertising= higher prices than posted. These people are not nice!

They are commissioner! They put tickets online that they don't have available ! When you purchase one of theirs tickets online, they will charge your credit card and then start searching on others web sites to see if they can get a cheapest price with long flights to sold to you! If they don't get any, they will hold your money on their Compte for 15 days and you have to call them everyday day to remind them to credit back your credit card! DON'T BOOK YOUR Flight TICKET WITH THESE NONSENSE CALLED SKYBOOKER! 

I booked a flight with skybooker , it was a mistake of my life , price on their website are attractive that I rushed to get a ticket , I got an email about my iterinary it was a total miss , it was full of mistakes the flight time was double of what I expected . I called customer service many times same rude person answer the phone , he couldn't help and he was yelling ,attitude , unprofisional ......you name it . My advise to anybody who works hard for their money stay away from skybooker

I bought my tickets with Skybooker and it was the worst experience I ever had. Their price are the lowest at first sight. Although, a couple hours after my purchase, they emailed and called to inform me that the price of the tickets has suddenly hiked of $325, and since my tickets were not issued yet, I didn't have a choice to pay. As I went back to their website, the price was the same "fake" for more than a week, they didn't even changed it! They just wait for customer to pay and then call them back to change the price.. Also, I had to pay to change my name on my ticket because the system made a mistake in it and the people on the phone refused to change it unless I payed $175! The people on the phone were really rude and never helped me, so forget about their "customer care", that is false advertising... On top of that, two days later I received a surprise payment on my credit card of $264, which I never agreed to! I had to call them at least 5 times to get a refund and every time it was a complete waste of my time: they transfered me to someone else who transfered me to someone else, etc. They told me to wait 48 hours before having a refund.... I waited more than 5 days without anything done! I had to call my bank so they could cancelled this payment, can you believe it! Anyway, never again I will purchase with this company and neither should you!

I wanted to purchase airline tickets to Europe from this company. After I finally decided to do so I entered all the information, credit card information etc...

6 hours later I received an email that sorry those prices are not available anymore but you can purchase them for $800 more. Seriously? Did you really think I'll go for that?

This is a big scheme, do not purchase tickets from this company..those prices that look good are just a scheme,they are trying to get you!!

Also suprising all those "GREAT" reviews only on their site!!!

I would like to recommend it to all my friends since I was really please about the price they provided and I am glad to book flights with them.

I called them and booked a flight and really it was a awesome experience working with them.
