I took a 12 day trip with Santa Maria and booked through their website
( www.santamaria-tours.com ). I am really satisfied with Santa Maria. I feel myself like VIP. Many historical sites to see along Nile cruise, night life, swimming in Hurgada in December, hot air balloon in Luxor, diving in red sea, pyramids in Cairo, Museums, Churches, and some other more things to try and see. You absolutely should try diving in Red Sea (marvelous, colorful fish, coral). Santa Maria organized everything very well, frankly tour guides, good Cruise, good hotels, coaches, good timing. You do not need to worry for anything. The only thing you need to do is enjoy your time. There might be some other tour companies, but i am really happy with Santa Maria.
