Sandals UK purports with kite marks to be a tour operator with whom I had expectations were part of Sandals in the Caribbean. Owing to the Icelandic volcanic eruption I uncovered they are neither despite their headed paper and glossy literature. Without your permission or knowledge one is fed through a company called Funway who are considered a competitor of Sandals Beaches in the Caribbean. Their response to my complaint letter confirms and I have now placed this matter into the ABTA ATOL complaints process. Book with Virgin is my advice or a tour operator whose KITE marks are their own.
