Lovely website, very easy to use and good for select the hotel that you prefer.

The rates are very cheap, lower than other website. But the best, I think, is the assistance, if you contact them they can give many suggestions, very helpful.

I’d like to suggest this website if somebody has to stay in Rome.

In the last three years I used another website to reserve the hotels when I stayed in Paris, in Milan and in Barcellona. But last time, when I was looking for an hotel in Rome I used this website and it was totally different.

First of all the assistance, I wrote an e-mail requesting some suggestion about which location was the best and which hotel was suggested. I’ve got a great answer whit many details. They are in Rome, they know the city and they are able to give you nice recommendations.

After the hotel reservation I got 35% discount for the transfers service from Leonardo DaVinci airport to the hotel and the 50% off on the tour with guide for Vatican Museum and Sistine Chappel. Booking.com did not offer the discount and this assistance.

So I recommend it if you want to go to Rome. I don’t know if they make the same for the other city, but I’m sure that they know Rome better than other travel agencies.
