I used this website to book a holiday apartment in Edinburgh for Christmas and they were very efficient,prompt in replying to emails and kind. All in all I was happy with the service they provided.

We changed Internet providers between May and December and didn't really read the fine print of our booking details, we needed to confirm with full payment 4 weeks prior to coming, without the email arriving we were unaware of the problem. So thinking we had lost our booking for the high part our 7 week trip we were panicking that we had no where to stay. We sent urgent messages 3 days prior to our arrival and were so happy to hear from the staff at Reserve Apartments. They managed to, three days before hogmanay, to get us a great apartment even closer to the action than our original booking, it cost a bit more but was worth every penny. It could have been disastrous as we so wanted to be there and were so relieved by their helpfulness and professional manner in which they arranged things.

It was easy to find our ideal apartment. We needed something central and capable of sleeping 4 people. Would definitely use again and have already recommended to a new of family and friends.
