Do Not Use
Booked a hotel through this site. Overcharged me by £20. Tried emailing them but emails were undelivered. Yet to see if hotel is booked.
Avoid Completely
Hi, I thought I was on the direct booking site for Holiday Inn hotels but thanks to some clever computer trickery paid this crowd of gangsters. The price advertised was 98.40stg. for two nights, or so I thought for Bristol Central. I gave my details for payment and received an email saying to confirm my booking and put in details again. Within a minute I received the sane email again to confirm booking so I thought the first hadn't got through. Unfortunately I filled it in again. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I had two rooms so i told him it was a mistake. The extremely young and I may add cheeky manager said sorry nothing to do with us. You booked with a 3rd party , he also indicated that this was common for this company. I told him sorry but it is, Holiday Inn obviously have a deal with these people and had a duty to their customers. He was adamant it wasn't his problem so I sat down and after 20mins he came back to me and said he emailed them to refund me. I have emailed twice and tried ringing to an automated machine and no replies. They charged me 328.00 TWICE EVEN IF I MISTOOK THE 98.40 AS BEING FOR ONE NIGHT NOT TWO , WHICH I CHECKED AS MY FRIEND SAID SEEMED AWFUL CHEAP. 756.00 FOR 2 NIGHTS STANDARD ROOM. MY FRIENDS PAID 118Stg. Each For the two nights sharing a room.
No Reservation On Arrival
I arrived with my family at 9pm in the evening a day before Christmas eve just to be told I had no reservations at the Hilton cobham. Ofcourse we were tired and cold and all we needed was a bed at that stage. I could not believe it. Fortunately there was a room available for us.we had to wait for them to prepare a bed for our 4yr old as the room was just a double with a couch. I emailed customer services of the reservation counter and complaint about this as we had booked and paid for this room end of October. I got a response I 2 days later to say I need to ring a toll free number to get help. Thanks but no thanks.
Not again. I did not ring anyone because that would all be at my expense as well.
