Q holidays

We have booked three times for holidays to Barbados over the last two years with this company. Each time the price has been unbeatable and the service good. There have been slight problems with the paperwork on several occasions but nothing that could not be fixed easily. Would always look at what they offer first.

Firstly I have to say I was initially impressed by the friendly salesman, but he turned out to be very unpleasant and his tactics of sending alternative flights by E mail to my husbands site. As soon as they knew that we had been advised not to travel they did everything to avoid giving us a refund. They even implied that they could not refund until they had contacted the hotel in Kenya, this they couldn't do until we had cancelled in writing. Thank goodness we contacted the hotel direct otherwise we would have been out of pocket to the tune of almost £6,000.
