I have booked all my flights to the Caribbean with these guys for the last three years. I used to think i was smart going online and checking through all the big airline websites and finding the cheapest deal. But in the end it takes to long and she knows which dates are the cheapest to fly out on off the top of her head which saves me leg work.

They usually answer the phone first time but I did go to voicemail once because they were busy, but she called me back within 30 minutes and it got it sorted.
