My mother and I recently went to Toronto and surfed the net for Niagara Falls Tour deals. The best deal was from Pioneer Tours $50 per person. We emailed our personal info along with contact information and hotel location with address. We received a confirmation email. Imagine our surprise when we waited 1 & 1/2 hours and no "tour bus" arrived! I called the contact # and also attempted email contact on October 26th, 2010 repeatedly throuhgout the morning. Today is Oct 29th and we are still waiting to hear any kind of response. The main issue: I am mad because I was traveling with my elderly mother who probably will never make the trip back to Toronto and she missed out on a once in a life time opportunity because of a low class, selfish company aka PIONEER TOURS!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! Don't hold your breath because they are NOT reliable and will break their written committment!!

Please be careful when you book a tour package with this guy(Pioneer Tours toronto, he will promise you moon but give you nothing more than a bumpy humpy ride in a small van which he calls a bus!!!. He will tell u teh package includes xyz and so on, but as soon as we pay him the package is only a van ride to the location(and Taxes originally included in the total cost)
