I did not get my refund after the airlines cancelled the flight due to covid restrictions.

After booking a flight with this company, we received very suspicious emails requesting photocopies of my passport, ID and credit cards to finalize my booking. These emails had many grammar mistakes and was not professionally written which grew my suspicion of the legitimacy of Pepmytrip .I've booked many flights over the past few years and none of them requested these kinds of documents. When I told them I was not comfortable providing that kind of information, which could easily lead to identity fraud, they told me they would refund the amount I had given within the next couple of weeks. One year later, I still haven't received my refund. I've sent them numerous emails demanding my refund and they would never answer.  I would never recommend Pepmytrip because you are risking to lose all your money. Please use another company to book your flights.

I got to know about pepmytrip from a search result on skyscanner and its on top of the list. After that i always contacted them whenever i plan to travel somewhere. I was so lucky to get USD317.00 per person from CMB/MXP/CMB last February on WY through this TA. There was a layover in Muscat.

They just help me find another amazing offer. This time i got USD410.00 per person from Air India for CMB/FCO/CMB from beginning of November 14 days. There's a very small lay over in Delhi.

I personally want to thanks the person I dealt with who i will be contacting since the first day and he is always helpful and replying promptly on email. If you visit their office will have the lowest rate. Sometimes you can't see the best fare on online system or application.

At first I thought it was a scam but anyway I continued to buy tickets as they were at least $100 less than other sites. I was pleasantly surprised when got a confirmation email immediately after the transaction and the e-tickets by morning. Excellent service.
