Don't Book Through Otelz

Don't use this website

I booked a hotel in Marmaris The Yuvam Hotel but after I paid it I was told that the hotel is just for Turkish Citizens. The customer service was horrible and the only thing that they provided is a refund and I will wait 7 to 14 days to get my money. So now I can not book another hotel because I paid £1400 which I will wait for 14 days. Don't use Otelz.com.

Çok Memnun Kaldık

Eskişehir tatilimiz için otelz.com u tercih ettik. Ödemeyi otelde yapmak sureti ile rezervasyonumuzu yaptırdık. Herşey çok basit ve kolay oldu. Teşekkürler otelz.com
