We contacted Cyprus Paradise as they were listed as an agent acting for CTA (Cyprus Turkish Ailines). CTA flights had been suspended and we were advised to contact one of four agents in london who could assist.I called Cyprus Paradise , where at first they seemed helpful and willing to assist us,we e-mailed all the information as requested and waited for a response.Unfortunetley it never came.I rang Cyprus Paradise ten times over a two week period and at no time did they call back or even make any atempt to contact or never mind deal with our issue.With only 8 days left before we was due to fly,we decided to contact one of the other agents,Direct Traveller,we spoke to a young lady who asked us to again e-mal our details,with-in one hour we had a call back and they found us alternative flights.Cyprus Paradise is by far the worse company in any form or shape i have delt with and will make sure no one else makes the same mistake i did by thinking they had our best interests at heart,nor want to help us.For two weeks me and my wife were worried and stressed and they made no atempt what so ever to deal with our issue. A poor excuse for a travel agent,shameful,they should be embaresed.

I have vistited the Cyprus Premier website on quite a few occasions, and always found it easy to use to get prices for the different holidays and hotels. I like the fact that they have their newest special offers regularly updated on the front page, and it is easy to choose your options in the booking form, for example length of holiday, board type and room type etc. Just double check every thing and as i have found on a few occasions, make sure you put in the childrens ages or you will get a wrong price. Overall, i find the website easy to use and would recommend Cyprus Premier as a company to go to Northern Cyprus with.

the website has lots of prices on it and lots of details about the hotels they offer. What i did nmotice though is that they are fixated on the acapulco hotel. I also notices this when i called the main line on the website.

The website is part of cyprus premiere tour operator company. I have noticed this atol all over the internet on may websites. it all seems quite fishy, why have most of the websites on the net got this atol number. except for the main tour operators out there.

anyway not really worth conacting. They did book my holiday as i searched online, and then called me 2 days later to tell me that there was an error and the holiday is not available.

to me that is not service, but makes you wonder what this company is up to.

Northern Cyprus Holidays are a very professional looking company. Their website is clear and simple to use, yet there is lots of information. The online booking system was simple and worked properly! Unfortunately, the site was slightly complex, but like most 'country specific' sites, a lot of information has to be included.
