Me and my partner used Nile Holiday to book 8 day trip to Egypt. They are much more reasonably priced than other companies offering the same thing with 2 Egyptologists tour guide accompany us during our Cairo tours and Nile Cruise

When we landed in Cairo, their representative was right inside the airport with our name on time. Helped clear all immigration. I could see other people struck for silly reasons, but we went through straight. Their guide across entire tour of 10 days had very good relationship everywhere we went. They were friends with everyone they met and saw. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable about all places we visited and punctual.

Egypt is a place of history. I could easily visit all places myself without Nile Holidays, but what use is it to just see statues and buildings? It all makes sense ONLY because we were guided with right information and knowledge that gave meaning to our visit. Without those quality information it would not have become one of the best life memories.

The hotels were fine and the transport was 5 star super luxury vehicles.

The trip was perfectly packed. Never we were bored for a single day. Had enough rest and busy activities. I had 1001 questions (most questioning person ever) before the tour and he answered them all promptly and set me revised estimates almost a dozen times. His price and advance requirements were fair and competitive.

The best part, his family stayed in same hotel for their vacation with us in Hurgada and it added a personal friendly touch to our trip.

I was even given a SIM card for local and international calls along with a separate WIFI devise. The wifi device was not part of the package either.

If I were or anyone I know to ever visit Egypt, Nile Holiday is the only point of contact.

We booked a trip with Nile Holidays online from Australia. Right from the first correspondence the agent was super efficient and professional. We sent him our dates and he tailored a holiday to our needs and also our budget, in saying that it was far superior in all arrangements and was beyond our expectations. He was extremely knowledgable on the history of Egypt and we experienced a Nike river cruise, solo sailing on the Nile, all the famous sights and amazing history of Egypt, visited a Nubian village, Luxor, Edfu, Aswan and Cairo.  He advised us on everything we needed to know, all our transfers were guided at the airport by travel agents from the same firm so that we were ushered through with ease. We were met in Cairo by another guide who showed us around Cairo, the pyramids and Cairo museum. All our meals were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The people in Egypt were beautiful and we felt safe and were welcomed constantly. The agent and his team gave us a wonderful holiday and experience and I would recommend his company for anyone travelling to this amazing country. Do you yourself a favour and book a holiday with Nile Holiday tours it will be an experience of a lifetime. My sister and I decided to take a trip to Egypt and were lucky enough to find him to facilitate in planning. He is very professional and always made sure to respond to any and every question I had prior to our departure date, and I had allot of questions! I had a very good idea of everything we wanted to do while there, and he was able to come up with a package that had everything on there and within our budget.

We spent two days in Cairo exploring Dahshur, Saqqara, Giza, the museum, coptic Cairo and Khan el-Khalili Bazaar. He was an excellent tour guide, and his knowledge on Egyptian history and politics knows no end. He literally spent all day with us, from 4.30 AM for a sunrise camel tour, until our return to the hotel around 6PM! He made sure we saw everything we wanted to see, were always safe, and answered any questions we had. We had a great time learning and exploring Cairo, and he made the experience that much better! Being that we are females and in a Muslim country where we couldn't speak the language a personal tour guide was the best option for us. Cairo is def a bustling city at all hours and having him with us at all times was a bonus! He even stopped at a corner store so we could get some snacks before heading back to the hotel as he knew we would not be gallivanting about the city at night alone!

We met him in Luxor and he took us through the Karnak, Luxor temples, the Valley of the Kings and the three hour trek to Abul Simbel from Aswan. We fit in a donkey ride and an magical hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings. Princess Sarah Nile cruise was also a 5 star boat with comfortable rooms and a great staff. Once again we knew what we wanted to see, and he made it all fit and was flexible with timing and constantly had a smile on his face. The trip was full of history, laughs, and unforgettable experiences and he was a huge part of that. We can't thank him enough for making us feel comfortable in his country, being patient with our requests, and his unique an infectious laugh! The travels all went off with out a hitch, the cars were always ready at the designated time, he always made sure we had breakfast considering our insanely early departure times, and was terrific at explaining the history from Luxor to Aswan. We were truly lucky to have met him and I encourage anyone traveling to Egypt to connect with him!

We just came back from our wonderful cruise holiday on the Nile, organized by Khaled and his staff in Nile Holiday! When I say organized, I mean organized right to the last detail. He chose our wonderful guide Abdul, pick-ups, flights, and even provided us with a local mobile telephone, and a personal hotspot internet connection, a godsend, as internet rates on cruises are extortionate! He's just a 'natural'. We were so thrilled with his services, that we plan to go back next November, and of course, will want him to organize it again. Thank you, thank you AND thank you Khaled!

Contacted Nile Holiday for a proposal to visit the most important sights in the region of Luxor during very limited time and also taking into consideration that I would travel with my 3 year old son.

Not only did I receive a very efficiently planned tour tailored to my needs but I received all the support (and on many occasions) patience I needed to do this tour with my son.

My family just completed a great two week Egypt trip. My wife, 2 kids (18 and 17) and I spent the entire second week of our trip with Nile Holiday with Khaled as our tour guide. The trip could not have gone better and I give Khaled and Nile Holiday my highest recommendation.

We spent the first week scuba diving in the Red Sea. Khaled arranged for the family to be transported from the airport in Hurghada to Port Ghalib – a 3 hour drive. We were a bit nervous stepping out of the airport in Hurghada and were instantly reassured when we saw a driver holding a big sign with our family name printed in big letters – a good feeling.

After a great week scuba diving (not covered in this review but highly recommended), we were met again by a driver who Khaled had arranged to transport us from Port Ghalib to Luxor – a 4 hour drive. Again the driver was prompt, professional and efficient.

Upon our arrival in Luxor and to our pleasant surprise, Khaled was our guide for the 5 days we spent cruising the Nile to Aswan. Khaled did a fantastic job: he speaks excellent english, has an encyclopedic knowledge of Egyptian history with specific expertise on the temples and hieroglyphs that you visit along the way.

We visited Karnak, Luxor, Hatshepsut, Valley of the Kings/Nobles/Workers, Edfu, etc. All were very impressive and our enjoyment was definitely enhanced by Khaled’s expert guiding. I’d have to say the highlight of all the temples was Abu Simbel which is highly recommended.

Khaled also arranged for our flight from Aswan to Cairo and for a day touring the Pyramids, the Egyptian museum, and the bazaar with a separate guide who was also great. Our initial flight from Aswan to Cairo was cancelled and Khaled went the extra mile to stay with us, arrange for us to stay on the Nile boat sun deck instead of the airport, and also arranged dinner.

I had some trepidation about wiring the full price of our trip to Nile Holiday (they do not do plastic in Egypt to anything like the extent the west does), but went ahead and did it based on the prior Trip Advisor reviews. My concern was unfounded and all worked out perfectly, and the price was a great deal and absolutely worth it.

We felt safe throughout and I have to say it is a fantastic time to visit Egypt – there is no one there. It was amazing that we had whole temples practically to ourselves which is great from the perspective that there is no pressure to keep moving and makes for great uninterrupted photo opportunities. The downside that should be noted is that the souvenir vendors can be a bit overwhelming due to the very few tourists around.

In summary you will not go wrong with Nile Holiday and Khaled is professional, courteous, and pleasant to interact with. You will enjoy the time spent in Egypt and it is a great life experience.
