pricing is based on how much they can get away with charging you. Which is fine when you book a ticket and they are best price, but if you need to change that booking, you are at their mercy, I would never use them again.

The other thing I found was they sell tickets they don't have and so you may be left waiting 2/3 months right upto 2 weeks before travel to get the tickets you bought actually issued

I have used Need To Travel a few times and have always found them not only cheaper than the air lines but find better flights than the air lines post. have just booked a flight to Sydney for January which worked out less than using the air line web site. I have never had any trouble using this company and on the few times I have had to contact them by phone they were always helpful.

I managed to get and book the flight that I prefer in one call only which I highly recommend to my friends who are interested to fly this coming Christmas season

Need to Travel, did me a flight change from Air France to Emirates for a family trip to south Africa...this company is the tops and will tell my friends and family how good they are...

I investigated different sites and settled on Need to Travel. The lady on the other end of the phone could not have baeen more helpful. (I had to use the phone for part of the time because my computer was misbehaving!) She discussed the different options with me and at first I was going to fly with Cathay Pacific but when I looked at the flight schedule and realised that only one meal was offered each 12 hours, I e-mailed her back, saying that I clearly should need to take a picnic with me! She then suggested that I should try Emirates as they were only £50 dearer. My daughter-in-law has since endorsed this decision that I have made the correct choice as Emirates have a fantastic reputation. The Need to Travel helper also said the same thing and reminded me that I would need a visa as the flight goes by Australia for refuelling. This is the first time I have booked on-line for a long flight, but I would have no reservations about doing the same again. I only dealt with her, but I felt that she had all the information at her fingertips, so I am actually looking forward to the flight- all 30 hours with en-route stops. She cares.

I was very pleased with the cost of the fare and being able to talk to someone on the phone about my booking. To get my flight arranged quite quickly and found the help I needed.

He was amazing he worked with us all through the process and made what was difficult more simple so you could understand each aspect of the booking and travel arangment . I could honestly say that i would use Arun and his company for other holidays i plan to go on or just for advise which may lead to going on holiday. I was rather happy to pay the amount quoted because there was no hidden charges and there were straight to the point. They have an excellent service i would recommend anyone to them. Infact i already have! Regarding booking of the aifairs the hotel and the travel insurance go to NEED TO TRAVEL! It is the best service i have ever had within all my years of my travels

We dealt with a guy called Arun at needtotravel and right from the start he was very helpful even when we thought we had a decent flight schedule and found out later that it was gone he worked tirelessly to get us to Australia for when we wanted.
