They Lure people by promising a lower fare. In reality they don't issue tickets. They run business with the money collected form customers and if customers demand money back they say that Banks take 35-40 Business days to return money. There are more customers duped then those got tickets. The show all fake itineraries to make people believe that the are booking tickets. Even they book ticket at a cheaper price it is not worth for the tension it creates due to the delay ( to my knowledge it took them months to issue ticket). And the people who work there are through professionals in cheating. Please don't waste time on them.

I requested them to book 3 tickets in British Airways from Newark to Mumbai in last week of March 2015. After agreeing with fares we paid in full through credit card on 03/31/2015. Interestingly they charged us for 9 tickets instead of 3 and then gave us partial credit back for 6 tickets (charging $63 for mistake they made on their end.

When we did not recieve any ticket confirmation after a week we called them and found out that they cannot book tickets for British Airways because their fares are increased. So they offered us another option for Jet Airways. They issued two tickets after 4 weeks for me anf my wife after calling so many times and they promissed us 72 hours for the remaining tickets. Till today 05/11/2015 we haven't recieved our last ticket yet. Now they're telling us that they can issue remaining ticket in some other airline for my son. They promissed us every time that someone will call us within 72 hours or suggest us to wait for another 72 hours every time we call them. Also every time different person appears as their Manager.

Never even deal with them. They play all dirty tricks to entice you into booking the ticket with them and then later thrash you with 100 phone calls to even check how can you book the flight on your own. Definitely not a good experience

I had booked a flight from JFK to Delhi and back for my forthcoming travel to INDIA. They actually have some wonderful deals with them and one of the best airline they offered me was Qatar Airline. Online on all major airline website the prices were coming around usd 980.00 all incl, but these guys got me the same ticket for usd 740.00 all incl of taxes. Much cheaper than what I got, I wish them sucess and would only suggest that the turn around time for the hold should be less, as it is very difficult to hold and wait.

Wonderful experience and will surely refer my friends to this company.
