I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Mushtaq Travel. Not only did they unlawfully charge me for credit card fees – which, once pointed out as illegal, resulted in the cancellation of my Umrah flights reservation – but the handling of the situation was extremely unprofessional. Despite the manager acknowledging the mistake, there has been no effective resolution, and my reservations were cancelled without any prior notification.

Such practices not only violate legal regulations but also reflect poorly on the professionalism and integrity of Mushtaq Travel. As a customer, I expect fair and transparent dealings, and this experience has fallen far short of those expectations.

I have used Mushtaq Travels to book on three separate occasions and each time was an absolute pleasure. I cannot speak highly enough of their service. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at ease.

On the most recent booking I received an email to inform me that the gate number has changed at the departure airport!!!! That's what I call a quality service.

I wish Mushtaq Travel all the best and to keep up the good work. I don't think I'll be looking elsewhere in future as my first choice is always Mushtaq Travels!!!!

I am delighted that i got in touch with Mushtaq Travels, there was no fuss at all, simply brilliant customer service, very polite, professional and highly competent. I traveled with my wife and 2 young kids recently, i was given a proper premium class service by the travel agent unfortunately the same cant be said about the airline! had delays going out and schedule changed on our way back, but we were contacted by Shakeel At Mushtaqs to inform us of the change and simply without any hassle to us we were put on the next flight back a few days earlier than planned but no problems and we were not charged any extra either. I highly recommend anyone to book with this travel agency.
