Free Destination Assist was handy when my husband fell ill (headache) and I needed to find a nearest chemist. I sent a text "Where is nearest Chemist near Holiday Inn Vancouver Airport" and I was amazed that I got reply in 20 minutes with three addresses of chemists nearby. When i checked with the hotel staff these addresses were correct!

Don't be afraid to send them the cheapest quote you found, and they will Price Match as long as the quote is from reputed company. We took a price match with a accommodation quote we found on Expedia and I was surprised that they threw in the Free Destination Assist Service despite Price Match.
