I recently tried them. Before booking with them I checked prices with few more agents but they beat all the prices and gave me really good deal. The service I got was really good. Must recommend others to use them.

Andrew dealt with my request professionally and rapidly; organized the flights I wanted with the carrier I wanted on the plane I wanted for the best rates (I had done some research).I'm fussy, nervous and opinionated...this whole experience turned me into a purring kitten! Look and Fly - or more accurately their Senior Representative Andrew - were absolutely brilliant when we recently booked flights for 4 people to Australia. We had been unfortunate enough to choose a different operator before this whose service and attitude were awful. Andrew helped us and held tickets for us (with a deposit) while we sorted out difficulties we'd had as a result of the other company. He was communicative throughout, and always to hand if we needed him. We were provided with booking references almost immediately, and have been able to view our flights online etc. We fly in two weeks, and are really looking forward to it. I will update my review when I return, but anticipate no problems. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I would certainly say that I am extremely happy that i decided to book with Adam of Lookandfly, he was really helpful.He gave me the best price and that too for my requested days. I got my tickets very quickly as compared to the last time when i booked with someone else who took a long time to deliver my tickets. As per the service I would definitely recommend them to all the known ones and certainly when I travel, I would rather go to them than to search anywhere else.
