Thanks to Tommy for organising a really great trip. The sights ,the really friendly people and the food were brilliant.

Angkor Wat was amazing. A fabulous boat trip on Red Dragon 2 boat in Halong Bay even though the sea is getting a little grubby in places. Hue was intesting and La residence a really nice hotel but 1 day is enough. Stayed just outside Hoi An for 6 nights on the sea at the lovely Boutique Hotel great for some relaxing by the pool and on the beach. Ate every night in town , Morning Glory, Miss Ly and Streets are wonderful restaurants in Hoi An.

Saigon was a bit of a big modern city but the Majestic Hotel was majestic with a really great roof terrace bar. The War museum is a must but pretty chilling.

Would like to thank Tommy Truong who arranged our full itinerary, apart from not being picked up from the airport and first day's tour guide not turning up the rest of the holiday was great. Once the tour operator in Cambodia had realised the mistake they were truly apologetic for the confusion.

The hotels selected were all fantastic, every tour guide was very informative and helpful. The drivers were "safe as houses" in a chaotic transport infrastructure!

Cambodia was beautiful, as was South & Central Vietnam but the North wasn't as good.

Overall a great experience and although friends had told me the holiday was overpriced I certainly thought it was good value and we got a lot for our money.

Would truly recommend Live Vietnam to anybody thinking of going to Vietnam.

10 day trip to Vietnam with teenage family - "customised" to visit Saigon, Mekong and beach. Trip was arranged fairly easily by phone/email. Itinerary was exactly as requested and everything went to plan. Local agent is also Kuoni agent, so knew what they were doing.

Probably paid slightly over the odds, but worth it for lack of "hassle".

Two very minor issues - one taxi/transfer did not show up and getting visa on arrival took 2 hours - rather than 30 minutes predicted.

informative tours, just brilliant.

February is not a great time to go to the North of Vietnnam it was cold & grey. Just a few days is all that is required of Hanoi although Halong Bay is beautiful. Our favourite part was Hoi an which is geared for tourists & would have like more time there. We had too much time in Hue, it was great when we were being guided but we were a bit bored on our own. Saigon was also great but it was more expensive than the rest of the country. The Jazz Club there was very expensive. Livevietnam was very helpful for my whole holiday purchase.

Now that we are home I wanted to write you and thank you for arranging such a great trip. We really enjoyed Vietnam. It is a beautiful and diverse country and the people are lovely. The hotels were elegant and the personnel very kind and helpful. The restaurants that you arranged were excellent. And the people were present to meet us at the airports, etc.

We very much enjoyed all of the other cities and the other guides. The ones in Danang and Hoi An were very particularly helpful and interesting. The tours in Saigon and the Mekong Delta were very well run and guides were excellent. All in all it was wonderful trip. I am looking forward to having a group of friends over and sharing my Vietnamese coffee, pictures and memories with them.

Very beautiful scenery, hotels were very nice and the staff very welcoming, meals were so delicious. Guide always went out of his way to help us and I don’t think you could have improved anything. I had a fantastic trip and felt so lucky to have seen everything we got to see.

Flying Vietnam Airlines was good, the service on board is good and being the only direct flight available, it was definitely the right choice but also it was good quality for the domestic flights.

I will recommend you guys to my friends. Thank you so much for letting me see your beautiful country.

Thank you for just a fabulous job of arranging our itinerary for my family to Viet Nam and Cambodia. I have already recommended you to our friends.

You did just an outstanding job of arranging the perfect itinerary. It was well balanced, as we enjoyed enough free time and activities for our sons which included swimming, snorkeling and kayaking in Halong Harbor outside of Hanoi, a trip highlight. The junk boat was a real treat; we enjoyed being aboard the Calypso. The caves of Halong Harbor were exceptional. Next time, we would like a 2-day cruise.

The trip to Angkor Wat, Cambodia was another highlight as the 900-year old temple complex was absolutely fascinating. The tuk-tuk’s to the market downtown was a real adventure.

All the tour guides were great, especially Wuti in Angkor Wat who was just exceptional in his knowledge and his command of the English language. We especially appreciated you arranging our airport pickup at the Hanoi airport on our return from Cambodia and also our airport transfer from the hotel in Hanoi. In summary, you could not have done a better job! We loved every minute. Just one comment: I would recommend a different hotel in Nha Trang as it wasn’t quite up to standards.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the arrangement done for us. Me and my family are very happy with the services provided by both the tour guide and also the bus driver. The tour guide is very informative and helpful in anything. We cant say much more except to thank him for being so caring and nice to us throughout the whole trip. As for the bus driver, we would say he is a very careful and cautious driver, we felt safe and had a great ride throughout the whole trip. All to all, everything is well planned and arranged.

Also the direct flights with Vietnam Airlines went really well, better than anticipated.

Once again, thanks for your time and effort in arranging all these for me and my family.
