LessNo are horrible, Inept, incompetent, unreliable

I flew with ticket's bought at Lessno a couple of time and had to change -- on the purchase screen Lessno said in BOLD, ALL CAPS that the ticket was was a discount fare and therefore the airline made it non-changable and non-refundable. I knew the rules when I bought it and I took that risk. It sounds to me like these people want to buy super-restricted tickets and when when they want to change them against the airline rules, they expect travel agency pay for it! Even though the agencies handle ticket changes for tickets they sell, the restrictions are determined by the airlines. So if you don't like super-restricted tickets, pay extra and buy non-discounted tickets. I feel it's ridiculous that some people seem so cheap and buy the super discount stuff and then they expect refundability like they bought full-fare tickets, and when the airline won't due it, they blame the travel agency...

Bought tickets to India for 1500$. I had to postpone the return and called Lufthansa who stated that there was no fare change, but asked me to contact lessno, since I booked it thru Lessno. Lessno charged me 300$ to postpone the return, even though Lufthansa stated that there was no fare change. While returning back, Lufthansa changed my schedule since they were cancelling the flight to my destination city in USA., and asked me to contact Lessno, who gave me 2 options.1. To fly on (Lufthansa) the next day which was a weekday, or a refund of 1300$. Since I could not postpone my return anymore, informed Lessno that I would like a refund and booked tickets on Qatar airlines for 988$ for the return journey. Lessno emailed me 3 days later stating that the refund would only be 600$ instead of the originally stated 1350$, no reasons were given for changing the refund. Since this option would have cost me 400$ more, I asked them to rebook me on Lufthansa and cancelled the tickets on Qatar airline (Qatar charged me 150$ which is totally understandable). Lessno emails me and states that since I am asking them to reschedule I have to pay a fee again. I reminded them that the reason I had to change was b/c the airline changed my schedule and not b/c I wanted it. They still would not budge. I called the airline (Lufthansa) and explained the situation, Lufthansa rebooked me on a different route without any additional charges. Lessno people were still emailing me asking me to pay the fees. I totally ignored them and had no problems with my flight.

When I had to postpone my onward journey, I was charged 300$ even though there was no fare difference. But my return journey got postponed because of their mistake and they still made me pay for it instead of offering an incentive. Terrible experience, would never suggest to anyone

I got a sudden illness in the family and needed to hurry back to Europe earlier, changing my flight 29 DAYS before the expected flight. My husband and I were asked for $780 of penalty fee.. You will be dealing with robots, and very rude agents. Mark my words: use their website to find the company offering the best rates, then go directly on the website of the airline to book your flight - this way you won't have to pay for the fees and it will be more flexible to deal with the airline should an emergency arrive.

Everything is good about this travel agent. Especially the matrix the site provides if you have flexible dates. The online chat is also good. Above all, they have the lowest prices. Trust me on that. I book flights every year in winter and there is absolutely no other site which gives lower fares in my experience. Unless of course you want to fly on aeroflot or aerosvit. Really no bad points. The site is simple without any flimsy flash apps. Of course, like with any other airline or agent, they will charge you a lot for any changes. Just book through this site. Period.

The site was very useful and easy to use. I did get socked with a $350 fee for changing the dates of my flight, but the site worked hard to find me a different flight.

Interesting up-and-coming site that's worth checking-out especially on long, international routes. Great prices, response time of their customer service is OK, flexible dates for search, pretty useful price matrix if you do flex date search, nice design (no ads), no hidden fees and constant attempts to up-sell you. Searching for tickets is a bit slow. There are price increases every now and then. No hotels or cars.

Will book from them again.

LessNo allow you to search for the lowest prices for trips of any chosen duration within very large date ranges; several months if you want. Unlike Orbitz, which limits you to one month and forces you to use their pre-chosen date ranges, or Travelocity where the flexible search results show published prices but not whether the low priced tickets are actually available. I got rates that I couldn't find anywhere else, which was very nice.
