Lazy Vacation

My whole family have used Lazy Vacations a few times now, mostly for Thailand but also for Morocco. Best part is being able to talk so someone about all the small details that can make a trip either hell or really good. So far each time its always been just as planned. Really friendly helpful company, cant wait to go away again and will use them for sure.

When we booked with them last year the choice and price of hotels was equal to . Since then they have become one of few dedcated UK agents of Royal Orchid Holidays which has enabled them to offer a far wider choice of accommodation, flights and special add-ons at extremley competative prices. (Ask them about the seaplane transfer from Phuket to Phi Phi or Krabi)

Most of our dealings with Lazy Vacation were with a particular person. He had a great enthusiasm for Thailand and knew his subject very well. We found the company through the internet looking for a good value price for flights to Bangkok and then on to Phuket whilst we took our first 3 week holiday to Thailand. My girlfriend and I were in contact with Lazy Vacation several times to adjust dates and times of our holiday and each time he was extremely helpful to get us the best deal for what we wanted to achieve.

Lazy Vacations knowledge of Thailand meant our holiday incorporated both Bangkok airports to get us the times and dates to suit and all transfer flights were timed to perfection to ensure we weren't hanging around the airports longer than necessary. In my mind, it is knowledge like this that justifies the benefit of a travel agent.

Overall, the service we received from Lazy Vacation was honestly the best I have received from any travel agent. I was pleased with the value and the knowledge of our destination which was so much better than you could expect on the high street. I've been home 3 days now and will definitely be getting back in touch with Lazy Vacation to organise another trip to Thailand. Amazing holiday and Lazy Vacation really helped to make things easy for us.
