Sharron was very friendly and helpful, and the fact it was all done online made it easier for us compared to having to go to a travel agents shop as were at uni etc. was some confusion over tickets/flight numers and times, however was resolved quickly by Sharron. Hotel was basic but did the job (Stella Maria studios) the only real complaint from some of the boys was some suspicion over whether the maid had been stealing some money. Transfers were fine from airport to hotel and same on the return. People who ran the hotel were nice. Overall a very good holiday, we all enjoyed ourselves! Thank You.

Ladsholidays.com made the whole process of booking very easy as opposed to trying to find flights and hotels and the best deals etc. from places such as Thomas cook and Thompson. I was presented with plenty of options within the budget I specified and was able to check out the hotels and choose accordingly. We stayed at the yiannis manos in malia which was far better than expected. Staff were great facilities were great and the location was good. Had one of the best weeks of my life and would definitely go back and reccommend both ladsholidays and the hotel.

Booking through lads holidays was easy. Although due to 1 mate we were a nightmare to sort out they were helpful and friendly giving us all the information we needed as well as being patient. The hotel we stayed at was exactly what we expected for a typical lads holiday so we Didn't feel let down at all. Infanct we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, quality of food and rapidness of service. Napa as a location was amazing and 2 of us are going out there next year as reps. We made some great friends at the hotel and it was all due to ladsholidays.com, I would solidly recommend booking through this website!

The holiday itself was brilliant, accommodation was spot on plenty of room for us all, staff friendly and helpful, transfers were good no problems there, the only thing I would complain about was the flights, they got changed twice before we went out and then when we were to come back they were changed twice again, apart from that though was very happy, would use again

Everything was taken care of by the travel agents, hotel, flights and transport from the airport there and back. Great hotel, perfect for a lads holiday, flights were at good times, agents kept in good contact, it was a great experience for our first lads holiday.

Some recommendations would be to maybe have a bit of an improvement to the website, as it does look a little bit dodgy at parts, to have an online payment option, and to have the option to pay in monthly installments would be good.

Bulgaria Sunny Beach is not one of the most prolific of holidays for lads via reputation as of yet, but give it a few more years and it'll be right up there with the best.

Myself and three of my best mates went on holiday for 7 days to the hotel Mariner in Sunny Beach. The resort itself still being a mixture of families and 18-30's, this is noticeable as you walk to and from the strip and beach. The hotel being about 10 minutes walk from both is at a great location because you don't need to bother with taxis unless you're off to club Disco Orange which is still only about 30 minutes walk away down a straight road. The best thing going for this resort right now is the fact Bulgaria still uses it's one currency. The euro whenever it come in will be the point when interest in this resort seriously slows down.

The food is amazing and the day time sports are a great laugh. The strip isn't the best but that is made up by how cheap it is compared to the measurements they give you. Some bars are better than others on that front but if you're pushy then you tend to gt what you want, that's their culture so go with it.

Without going into detail really, the hotel is amazing value for money, the reps are simply there to sell you tickets and after two days will disappear. Unless you want to throw away money they do not buy any tickets from them! There are so many promoters on the strip that you simply do not need to buy from the reps.

The resort is amazing, the beach is perfect and the weather is very good the majority of the time.

Overall a great holiday for great value.
