I used them last week and will never use them again. We had ordered a baby seat and repeatedly confirmed. When the car arrived no baby seat. :(

Worst of all is that when I complained afterwards they said it was a complementary service they try to offer. No apologies nothing.

Ive used this company for three return trips to Bitez, the first time driver was 15mins late on arrival, the 3rd time driver was 40mins late on return journey, then stopped to pick up others in Gumbet, ( i thought i,de booked private transfer?) so close to missing my flight, last week 10 10 14 no driver arrived at all to meet me at the arrivals, had to use taxi, spoke with the company via mobile phone twice in the week for reasons/return journey and no response what so ever. Will never use this company again. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE.

Never returned to pick us up rip off left high and dry .....bankrupt but will probably be trading under a different name now and ripping off more ppl

this company left me and my young family without transfers 10 minutes before we were due to leave to go to the airport but they had already taken nearly £200 from us. Had to pay a further £100 to get there, lots of stress!!! Avoid at all cost.

We booked a airport return from bodrum to gumusluk. Easy booking online, perfect price. Driver was on time, correct and the van was spacious for two persons. I would certainly book with this company again!

Twice I have used this company and I am very pleased. They arrive on time the car is very nice and comfortable. Drivers are always very nice. Would recommend to anyone. A little more expensive than other transfer companies, but you pay for quality. Many thanks Mrs Harper

I've now used Karia on two occasions to take us to and from Bodrum airport to a hotel just outside Bodrum itself, booking on the internet. On each occasions the drivers have been waiting for us at the airport, or 15 minutes early for collection at the hotel. The cars were always clean, smart and spacious and though the drivers perhaps didn't speak much English, there was no confusion, they were helpful and made us feel we'd made a good choice. I'm impressed enough to write this review so others can share our experience.

Karia Travel were waiting for us at arrival as promised. Taxi good, clean, driver tidy and courteous. He bought us a bottle of water each for the journey, which was well appreciated. The same driver picked us up from our hotel, he was early and we set off in good time.

Now the down side: Driver couldn't speak any English and he dropped us off at the Domestic Terminal instead of the International Terminal, we thought it wasn't the same as where we landed, but couldn't convey our misgivings to him and wrongly presumed he knew what he was doing. We got a taxi to the correct terminal when we realised we were in the wrong one. When home, I emailed the company and requested a refund of the cost of the taxi between terminals, at first they said no as it wasn't their fault! - but, after 3 emails they have refunded the money.

All in all I would use them again, hopefully, they have learned by this mistake. However, be aware of which terminal you fly into and ensure they drop you back there.
