This is a small, privately owned company. I was bounced around between 3 different members of the staff and will admit they each seemed like very nice people. They come across very committed to providing great service. But this is a warning that this is just a lot of talk (or at least it was in my situation). I had to hound they weekly to get any support and always received a promise "that will be sent to you by the end of the day... or the end of the week". I was taking a leisure vacation with my children and contacted them almost 3 months prior to the trip. In that time frame the only thing they managed to close on for me was a ride from the airport at my destination. If you truly need assistance please avoid this company.
