IndiTrav(Prudent Holidays Pvt. Ltd) was found using a search engine. We were looking for a travel agency in India that could provide service in Spanish. The company made big promises and overcharged for their services, but when we arrived, the guides did not speak Spanish and they were not informed of our itinerary.

An overnight train reservation was made at the last moment, and did not originate from Agra, but rather from a small town 20km away. Furthermore, due to poor planning and last-minute arrangements by the company, the train left at 11pm, so we were dumped at the station to wait for 6 hours.

Our true itinerary did not match what the company had promised, and we wound up touring Varanasi on our own because the company did not deliver after charging a lot of money.

I would have liked honest representation at this company. They should have admitted that they were an English-speaking company using Google Translate to communicate.

The sales rep, Manoj Tiwari, was helpful until he had our money. Typical.

The hotels chosen were not well-placed geographically, and overall we would have saved a lot of money and hassle doing everything ourselves.

Of the three tours we took in India, this was by far the worst.

I hope this review helps other travelers sift through the many travel agencies operating out of India. There are many options, and IndiTrav (Prudent Holidays Pvt. Ltd.) should NOT be one of them.
