Rubbish Travel Agency

DO NOT BOOK with this travel agency.

They are sham artists. After paying my tickets over 5 months, I then had to find out by myself that they could not issue my ticket

As they do not communicate I would have gone to the airport without knowing this and almost could have missed a very important holiday. I have now had to try and make other arrangements, which has caused me stress and inconvenience as I had to find this out all last minute.

They are rude, their customer service is also very terrible

Excellent Service

I booked my holiday for Maldives and after comparing with multiple companies, I got a very good deal from Hyper Air Travel. I paid the deposit and it was all taken care by the sales rep I booked with. Thank you for the wonderful service and I am hoping that our holidays will be as wonderful as the service we have received... Countdown begins...

Unprofessional And Messy

Went on to their website gave totally fake prices just to make you call them, they have all the excuses that its offline prices etc but its a sham to make them call you as £445 direct virgin Atlantic flight from London to india is not possible these rates are no where to find even if I book 4mths in advance.

Ok ignoring that when I called got a totally unprofessional guy on the call who was total messy about booking fight it was so messy i.e. I have to insist him to give me details on the flight i.e. the price are you quoting me are those direct flight or with stops then when he said with stops no details of how many hours, the duration of the flight

All the time phone call was buzzing as if he is getting mobile call whilst using landline...I instantly knew if I book with these guys that will be just the beginning of the nightmare

Very Helpful Throughout A Difficult Booking

They were very quick to find the perfect flight. the overall process was very difficult with much confusion as it was a last minute booking, however all three members of staff were very helpful and quick to respond to my queries, questions and requests as promised.

I felt there is a lack of understanding sometimes which delayed the process but they managed to find a solution in the end.

All three members of staff were very polite and well mannered but sometimes became impatient and would talk over the customer and therefore this could be something to improve on. Also talking slower and more clearly would help communication.

overall i am happy with the service provided and would considered booking again with yourself.

Booking Of Flights

The person I dealt with was excellent and very helpful when I booked my flights with Hyper Air Travel. He went the extra mile to tailor to my needs of travel and give me a better option at a discounted price.

Visa For India

The form on line for an India Visa is horrendous. However I was lucky to speak to an extremely nice chap who was incredibly helpful and by the end of this long process I am sure I would not have got to the end without his help.

Atrocious Beyond Belief.

An awful experience. Bought tickets 2 weeks ago, no eticket issued, they issued itinerary and their booking confirmation and promised that the eticket would come in 24 to 48 hours, nothing came. Was told to be patient as it was ‘slow.’Thought was very suspicious and kept asking for eticket. After 5 days they phoned to say my original flight was cancelled and I had to go on another one. I checked Air China’s website and this wasn’t true as flight was still available. Told Hyper Air it wasn’t cancelled and they said it was now running and they’d put me back on original flight. They did exactly the same on day 6. I insisted on an eticket and they emailed me confirmation that I’d get one ‘tomorrow.’ It never arrived. Emailed agent to ask why they would tell me 2 flights were cancelled that weren’t, ni response. Phoned China Airlines to check what was happening after 11 days who said they were going to cancel ticket after 3 days as not issued (paid for. )Phoned Hyper Air very upset and stressed, who gave excuse after excuse blaming the airline, even though they don’t issue the ticket, the travel agent does when booked and ticket is actually paid for through them. Hyper Air insisted it had been paid for. Their manner was rude and dismissive, challenging me to keep being patient, hanging up on me. Eventually agent said he’d tell me the truth if I stopped phoning him and it was that they needed to sell 40 more tickets before my ticket could be issued.

Hyper Air ‘offered’ to issue etickets that same day for my original flight for an extra £1200 or an additional £500 for a different airline (which they said I could pay the next week) or a refund. I was outraged to be asked for more money but I had to take the refund as the uncertainty was too much. Prices of original flights have gone up lots and I can’t get as short a flight .Even when asking for a refund and when it would happen was told that the refund would be issued when it suited them and not me.I am in the process of making a complaint to Atol and have recorded Hyper Air agents confirming that original flights were cancelled by the airline when they weren’t and offering etickets the same day as the originals I paid for, for £1200. Very, very rude staff telling me to stop bothering them and bullishly offering refunds when questioned about why Air China would say tickets haven’t been issued, why they don’t phone back or why I should pay more than original purchase. This has been a complete and utter nightmare. Just awful.

As they had an Atol certificate I just trusted that what I paid for would be delivered, unless there was a genuine reason for a flight change. I have recorded some conversations

Phone Atol ir Abta (whomever they are registered with) on Monday and see what you can do. Phone them Hyoer Air and record the conversation, use 2 phones if necessary, one in loud speaker, one in record. Get a refund if you can still get tickets elsewhere. They are wasting your time like they did mine and just stalking.

TrebkalJobes

Also, leave a review on their Facebook page, They can’t delete this.

TrebkalJobes

Complain to Atol. Leave all the negative reviews you can so people know what they’re really like. Their behaviour is so, so dishonest. I hope you got your money back.

Heilandi

Sadly this seems to be a pattern! I have the same issue. How can they be stopped?!! What an awful experience!!

Hyper Air Travel Was Very Professional And Polite.

Hyper Air Travel was very professional and polite. My booking went smooth with no problem and they were very patient with me on the phone. When I was ready to travel, they completed my online booking. I had a smooth flight to my destination and back and even the other people I recommended gave me a positive review about Hyper Air Travel.

Great Customer Support And Excellent Service

I really appreciate the good customer relations and your professional way of dealing with your clients, it was a very good friend of mine who introduced you to me when all my hope in getting a ticket to travel was gone and didn't know what to do. He told me you are one of the best travelling agents and can help me which was absolutely true, I have witness it myself now I can also recommend you to all my friends and family who would like a good travel agent to buy their tickets .
