Chose this hotel because of its location. Do not usually use 3 star hotels in Asia but am glad we chose this one. It is a small hotel in the heart of the center of the old Hanoi.The rooms are very well decorated and offer all the amenities required, clean and well maintained. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the start of our Vietnam holiday. Arriving very tired at 10.30pm we were shown to a lovely room. We found it quite spacious and VERY VERY quiet.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during those first few days in Vietnam. Great staff with excellent English. Looking forward to coming back!

Their website & assistance was much appreciated from the other side of the world with some unknown variables from our end. The staff was very helpful & accommodating. I called them a couple of times when we encountered problems or surprises from within Vietnam & they handled things efficiently.

Thank you for arranging our hotel, flight booking and airport transfer. All went smoothly. The only issue was the flight time we requested did not eventuate. My only comment is that it would have been good to know this prior to our arrival in Saigon.

Never the less I would have no hesitation in using your services again.

The Hanoi View 2 Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me with tours and taxis. Also, the receptionist explained the money to me. I would have been cheated many times if it weren't for her. The motorbike taxi and car taxi were friendly and honest. The room was clean, quiet and I really appreciated the cable T.V. and stocked refrigerator. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

I had a very good tour in Vietnam and enjoyed Vietnam and found the people very friendly and nice to talk to.

The Hanoi view 2 hotel in Hanoi I found very good the staff were very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel was in a great area very easy walk to the river and close to all other bars, cafe’s and tourist places.

I wish to go to Vietnam again sometime and would stay there again. I even walked to your Tun Travel office at Bat-Su street in Hanoi to talk to the lovely ladies there and found them to be very friendly and helpful and I would again use Hotels in Vietnam and Tun Travel to make booking for me for a holiday to Vietnam again

Travelling with a party of 8 adults and 1 child.

They were quick in response. Their webpage contained accurate information on prices and descriptions of the hotel rooms. I really appreciated your quick responses. We got rooms booked within 10-15 minutes by phone. I do however think that their transfer services are overpriced as compared to comparable alternatives.

Located in a market street, 50m from Hanoi railway station, Van Mieu, Ho Chi Minh museum. Despite the noise and smell it meant food was nearby and available.

Lower floor will hear noise from the street market in the morning

I used your service to book 2 hotels - the Win Hotel in Hanoi and the Thanh Noi Hotel in Hue. I was very happy with both and will stay again in both when next I return to Vietnam.
