Phoned Hot4Holidays on Mon 4th Aug. Said our tickets will be with us the following week.

Phoned Hot4Holidays on Mon 11th Aug. Said they would be posted that day or the next.

Phoned Hot4Holidays on Wed 13th Aug. Said they missed the post would get them tomorrow.

Phoned Hot4Holidays on Thurs 14th Aug. Said they had been sent.

Phoned Hot4Holidays on Fri 15th Aug. No tickets. Said they would email our booking ref number and can go to First Choice desk (that's if it's open at 4am!) on the day of our flight. Also said they should have been sent 12th Aug!! Admitted 'don't know what's happened to them'!

Never again will I book flights through them. The last thing I want is stress before I leave for a holiday.

Our flight is supposed to be Monday 18th August at 6am from Manchester to Funchal; that's if we'll ever make it!

Customer service office closes at 6.00pm, a small problem for people that book in evening.

Customer service advisors were not able to find my booking until it had been confirmed, losing me money.

Booked flights on-line for a friend, she had given me a number short on her card details so they called her to check details which was really good - what was not so good was that they charged her an extra £6.00 for checking the details, not very good customer relations. The confirmation came through on e-mail to say the flights were booked - it didn't say anything about incorrect card details supplied.

Maybe in view of current climate the £6.00 could have been waived.

Best price by at least a fiver on competition - I know because I check them all. Got my confirmation straight away by e-mail, e-tickets also sent via e-mail same day.

Our holiday was fabulous, this was the first time we haven't used an high st agent, and all ran smoothly, plus we saved money. I got a first class service from knowledgeable professionals.

The hotel Concorde met all our expectations and more; it wasn't our original choice but its in a great location and well run.

Overall, we are 2 satisfied travellers, thank You hot4holidays! we'll be back : )

A really helpful and efficient team offering some of the best prices I have seen on the internet. I will definately be looking for deals with them in the future.

Overall i would defiantly book through hot4holidays again as i thought they worked hard to get u what u wanted, and spent time searching through difference tour operators to get you the best price!.

Generally i was very happy with all aspects of the booking, and would definatly be booking with hot4holidays again.

I first looked on the website for a holiday I was really impressed with the prices but didn't want to book online so I contacted the number shown and spoke to the staff who were extremely helpful and found me a great deal to Paphos. hot4holidays were considerably cheaper than the high street agents I looked at and I would definatley book with them again.

Overall i was very happy with the easy website and the efficiency of the staff at Hot4holidays. I felt very confident that the price i was quoted was the cheapest, as i had done a bit off shopping around beforehand.

I will definatley be booking again with them and will certainly recommend to a friend.
