We recently booked a holiday with Hot Holidays online and found them to be extremely good value, coming out cheaper than other travel agents. We did struggle to find any reviews of hot holidays as they appear to be very new but they are ABTA registered and also part of Hays Travel who are based in Newcastle. We eventually found their telephone number hidden away so we spoke to a member of staff before we booked, who was very helpful. Their website was clear and easy to use; however the amount of destinations they offer isn’t huge. Once we had booked we received our confirmation documents instantly via email and we were able to print these ourselves. We hope to book with them again.
