Just back from another great holiday, all I can say is the revciews are true, personal service, way above what you would expect and decent prices. I think other agents could learn a lot from these people.

Paradisus Rio D Oro is an amazing hotel - I would really recommend it - perfect for a relaxing holiday and no complaints at all - the food was excellent and the staff go out of their way to help you.

Purely on a " business" point of view Horizon Direct perform exceptionally well in all criteria. Fantastic on price. Fantastic on delivering what they say.The difference for me was the personal touch. He knew and understood what I wanted and expected from my holiday. I can say that I was " dis sueded " from one holiday thought... He had really done his homework and I realised that what I saw as an idyllic holiday, in reality was not feasable.....I changed my holiday. I have booked with them for my wedding to Cuba this year.

We are arranging a big party to go and have had several cancellations and late bookers etc... And they have both been amazing with it all.

Thanks to the guys I dealt with our 56 night, 3 hotel holiday in Sharm el Sheikh went without a hitch. Flights, reservations etc were perfect even to the extent of return flight online check-in sent to our second hotel in good time for our flight home. Thanks guys!
