i sow a very good holiday for a good price in lake garda much moore expensive with other companies very frendly service and recived my confirmation the next day and they have there onw tranfers at the lakes in italy the driver was from guilford very frendly .

I called these guys, I thought that they would be reliable as they are used by Groupon and I believe LastMinute.com under different guises, although I could be mistaken.

I spoke to a polite chap named [name removed] and I quoted a competitive budget and told them what I was after. I called him every few days or so and he assured me that he was trying to arrange something that allowed about seven of us to go at the same time. He was again polite and friendly, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

I believe it was a few weeks that had passed and I realised that I was being given the run around when I contact customer services to resolve the issue (LOL!!).

I do not understand why he didn't reject my budget, as a result, after several weeks of chasing he cost us hundreds more with a family that could barely afford the holiday in the first place.
