DO NOT book with holidaycity.com. It's the worse company ever with booking details. I searched room for 2 adults and two children, at the confirmation stage it says room for two adults and two children. When confirmed, the voucher says this room is for a maximum of 2 adults, extra children incur extra charges. Tried to email and live chat, no respond! Best thing if u don't want them to take money out is to cancel the credit card. It is a dodgy website.

Due to stolen passport, requested HolidayCity change our booking the day before we arrived to another date to give time get new passport. Not not responding, effecting the change or providing a refund. Hotel said we were no show and to take it up with Expedia that booking was made through?

worst travel company we have ever been with.saved ages for a nice family holiday for the wife and kids. at time of booking they will tell you everything they can to get you to book with them. the hotel they sale you is not always the one you will end up in. we booked 5 star hotel in rhodes. was told we would be in a room in the main hotel and not in any of the rooms outside hotel as holiday city only had rooms in hotel. total lie. when we got there we were put in a completely different hotel than the one promised and paided for at time of booking and in a the most dirtiest room we have ever stayed in.we spent most of our holiday ringing holiday city only to be fobbed off. do not go anywhere near this travel company if you want a nice holiday.im also writing to abta about this company and the way they treat there customers. mr m harrop very unhappy customer in august 2010

i am the most easy going person in the world but i booked a holiday with holiday city and got severe food poisoning so did my children.the holiday company gave me and my husband two single beds and that was their family room it's a joke.they then charged us 100 to 'upgrade' to what we should have had as a family room.it's a rip off.
