This person Rang as I was researching prices for return airline tickets for myself and wife to Brussels for xmas markets short break to Bruges as a Birthday treat.

Wanted hand luggage for 2 and flights via BRU.

Prices had been increasing over last few weeks so was looking for advice as to whether this trend would continue.

He said it would and I should book without delay. Wanted Brussels airline as hand baggage incl and fly via BRU. He quoted £208 each and I bought. He kept telling me, after paying a £50 deposit, that I had to pay the balance same day and he was about to leave the office so I would need to hurry up and make the payment-which regretably I did.

Tickets recd but after completion something made me check prices for exactly same tickets and found them £100 cheaper!!

You live and learn but an expensive lesson!!

In January 2016 we, 6 member family group visited Manali for a tour of 3 nights / 4 days.When we arrived in New Delhi Airport,they came to greet us.Until that time they have not received any advance payment we made in our country.But they have booked Hotels,Transport etc. while taking a risk in the business. That was most admirable feature of Vacation Lifters Pvt. Ltd. At the Hotel in New Delhi we made the balance payment assuming one day, my advance payment will reach them.

Every thing was arranged to our satisfaction,we enjoyed the tour thoroughly.

At the end they met us in New Delhi again to say goodbye.After returning to our country a month later they have received my advance payment.What a delay,but we did not suffer a little.

These are the good qualities, a travel agent must have.

I wish them to prosper in business.

We have nicely asked to be removed from this companies mailing lists three times.

We have now arranged for our IT people to block all emails form this company.

We do not deal with Spammers!!!

We travel to India on a regular basis both for work and pleasure and I had seen your company but would never use you.

They are currently spamming our company email accounts.

Putting "You are receiving this email as you have opted for the services of Hello Travel, to opt out" on your email when its not true.

We have now arranged fro any email form Hellotravel.com to be blocked across our network :)

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WILL GIVE YOU FAKE QUERIES AND WHEN YOU ASK TO RETURN MONEY THEY WILL NEVER BACK. IT IS BETTER TO THROW YOUR MONEY ELSEWEHERE AS THEY ARE USELES.

NEVER GET INTO TRAP THEY HAVE TAKEN OUR 15000 INR AND WE ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE THEM BACK.

After 20 min of discussion he convinced me to buy that offer and told me that you will get the confirm booking for your desired date and desired location since your travel date is week beyond the min requirement of 30 days.

On 3rd Jan 2012,i got the booking voucher and on 4th Jan i send it back along with the DD.

In the form it was clearly mentioned that within 3 working days you will get the confirmation.Its over one week now and i havnt got any confirmation.On wednesday i called them and asked them about the confirmation as 3 working days was over and no confirmation has came the customare care staff told me give me 2 more days and surely by friday morning you will get the confirmation.TOday again in the morning i called them and again they told me wait till evening you will get the confirmation.Again i called in the evening they told me there was some technical issues please wait till monday.

I have lost the trust in hellotravel and i guess now they are running the scam and fooling the customers.I am ready to go to the consumer court and register the case against them if they dont take any action by tomorrow.

I hope every customers reads this before buying any packages from Hellotravel.
