I went for Umrah with them in 2013 and had a fantastic time. Before I travelled, I was given, even the name and number of driver, who would come to pick me up at Jeddah airport. The agent, who had booked the package for me called me on my Saudi number still, and connected me with the driver. He stayed in touch through the trip and took feedback from me. One thing I had a problem was that I did not like the hotel in Makkah, but they had warned me before hand that 3 stars are not as good.
