nasty surprise on arrival, the hotel did not have my reservation, he had no knowledge of the site, tariffs were false, impossible to have a contact!

Used Guestus for two stays: one in Athens and one in Crete.

Price was very good, booking easy to do. There are no processing fees or whatever they name it, when you are reserving a hotel.

No surprises when I got to the hotels.

Did a reservation in Bucharest last week, went there and everything was fine! No surprises and good prices!

Just came back 2 days ago from a trip to Istanbul and Budapest. I used Guestus.com to book both because I found good prices and the hotels looked ok.

It went smooth, the hotel in Istanbul gave us a free upgrade to an Executive room. The hotel in Budapest was fine as well.

About the site all I can say is that it delivers what it promises, plus the details page for hotels have all you need to know (I am very picky person). We didn't had any problems, the confirmation emails were detailed, with all hotels details (email, phone, etc). Just to be sure, I contacted the hotels in advance and they confirmed bookings were fine.

I will use it again.

I found Guestus.com by mistake, never used it before this year. We planned a trip (proved to be fantastic) to Vanuatu and I was looking for accommodation. Everybody (I mean Latrooms, Expedia, etc) had few 5-star resorts in Port Vila and that's it. We wanted to go as well in Tanna Island, to visit the famous Yasur Volcano. On Guestus we found all types of accommodation, for all pockets, all over Vanuatu several islands (Port Vila, Tanna, Espiritu Santo). We booked a tree house in Tanna and a resort in Port Vila. Absolutely fantastic choices. I started to trust this site and I used it again for a hotel booking in Bucharest. I will use it in the future as well, since no surprises 'til now.

Anyway, I am really happy about their offerings and the overall experience.
