After phoning customer service to find out if they added extra charges which first agent said was included in the price he quoted and being put through to second guy who provided breakdown of cost and never said this was in addition, and still not receiving confirmation of booking, I was told I have to wait 48 hours then call them back. I asked if I can cancel and instead of doing what other companies do and being told to pay a cancellation fee of around £50 I was told they would keep whole £700 deposit paid for low cost airline booking. I could probably travel with my daughter first class for that price.

This is still unresolved and I still don't have any paperwork emailed to me.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WOTH THIS COMPANY!!!!

All holidays advertised do not have direct flights and they constantly put me on hold to speak to a supervisor to ask a question. They refuse to put me through to a senior manager and insist I call back. Eventually I was told someone will call me back by 4pm today so will provide an update then. This is the worse experience of my life and still ongoing!!!!!

we booked through global and was terrified ,after we read the reviews saying it was very bad, no problems for us the price was good for our holiday and got everything we needed in plenty of time, the only comment i would say is being scottish we struggled to understand the man we spoke to but we will def use again

I recently booked a family holiday for 4 adults, staying at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai. I had considered other tour operators but found them to be far too expensive as flights and hotel had to be booked as part of the same package. However I was aware that if I could book flights separately using connecting flights via Amsterdam that I could save in the region of £600 in total on the family expense. Booked a really good deal through Global Holidays, excellent customer service given. Good knowledge of resort. Very professional and honest advice given.Would definitely recommend them and we will use thenm ourselves again.

Just completed a two week holiday at the El Dorado Royale in Mexico. Everything went like clockwork. Heaven knows how they did this holiday for the price I paid. It should have been at least half again. Truly wonderful experience in a paradise setting.

Have booked with Global Holidays for many years. Have just come back from a trip to Dubai and Thailand. Got an excellent deal. They sound as though they know what they are talking about. Can't fault them.
