Geruxx Is A Scam. Please Do Not Waste Your Time And Money!!!
About 10 days ago I booked a return tickets from Dubai to London through this company for BA flights as they were offering what looked like a good deal GBP350. They gave me a reference and ticket number and sent documents through that all looked genuine. The next day I went online to BA to confirm my booking just to make sure it's all ok, the reference number they gave me didn't work. I then called BA who confirmed that Geruxx had made a boooking on they're website but it wasn't complete. BA gave me a proper reference number and asked me to call Geruxx and make sure the booking was completed from their end. I did that and the customer service lady in Germanyn said it's all fine and dandy. On the same day I was able to see my booking on BA website and even add the miles to my frequent flyer card. So breathed a sigh ofm relief...Or so I thought.
You can imagine my surprise 3 days before my flight when I get an email from Geruxx saying my flight had been cancelled and that I should email them back to ask for flight cancellation so I can get a refund. I immediately knew something was wrong. I went to the BA website and found that my booking had no seat and called up BA to find out what happened. They said that they've had a few complaints about this Geruxx company. See what Geruxx do is get your money, put in an incomplete booking with a legitimate airline which will eventually be cancelled by the airline nearer the date of the flightm since was never complete valid booking. Then Geruxx email you that your flight has been cancelled and ask you to reply for a refund that you will most likely never get. In my case, I had 3 days within which to find an alternative and you can imagine how high prices will be at that time. So I'm stuck with having to fork out GBP600 for the same flight and also out of pocket for GBP350 that I'm still fighting to get back from Geruxx!!!! Now is that a good deal?
Please, please, please do not book tickets with this company.... They are scam artists at worst and at best a very bad travel agent. Your money and flights are not safe at all!!!

We would like to respond to your review from Geruxx’s aspect and explain the situation concerning the purchase of the particular type of ticket which, you acquired.
The special tariff of the ticket was available namely due to the existing interline agreement between BA and the partner airline, which was the reason for the attractive low price.
All the tickets were sold by virtue of the contract, however once the agreement between British Airways and the partner airline was cancelled by British Airways, consequently the sale of those tickets was immediately stopped. Unfortunately for the customers, British Airways has also stopped accepting tickets, respective check-ins, which were bought and paid during the period of time the contract was still valid, i.e. before the contract cancellation.
Consequently, we, as an agency who guarantees customer support, started to react on the ticket cancellation by British Airways and immediately organized refunds. Even though the responsibility for these actions lies solely on the airlines, as they have initiated the process. We want to bring to your attention that we take care of our customers by issuing a full refund to our customers from our own budget with no guarantee to be reimbursed by the airline. Further, we stress that we are taking a financial risk on ourselves, refunding in a situation, where the client could have claimed a refund from the airline, however we go above and beyond demonstrating our good will and assisting our clients. So far, you are aware of this situation as we sent all suffering customers letters explaining the situation.
In case you will encounter with any problems receiving the refund, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
Moreover, Geruxx, being an intermediary company has fulfilled all its obligations towards the clients by making all the possible efforts to resolve the situation provoked by the airline by refunding all losses from our own funds.

Consequently to our activities in accordance with the law, Geruxx is an accredited IATA agent and fulfils the common worldwide standards in sales of flight tickets.
Geruxx operates with full accordance to lawful agreements and contracts with airlines. Geruxx is not an airline; therefore, it only operates as an intermediary between the airline and the customer. In accordance with our terms and conditions, which are obligatory for the customer to read and agree to up on purchase, it is stated that Geruxx is not bearing any responsibility for changes made to the ticket status and terms of transportation after the purchase; this stays exclusively the sole responsibility of the airline.
We emphasize, that this problem was not caused by our company rather by the airlines which encountered a disagreement. As a result, both the agent and the client have suffered as one. Further, it has come to our attention that we are not the only agency suffering from this problem concerning British Airways tickets.

Buying Ticket From This Company Is Not Safe At All
Buying ticket from this company is not safe at all. I would recommend to find more reputable website for buying airline tickets. Their service is not helpful, there are technical problems on the website. You may find some positive feedbacks about this company, but do not trust them.
