I booked a very expensive vacation directly through a hotels website and they sub the work out to GBS travel. I needed to make a change to my vacation so I contacted the company. Even though I purchased the travel protection I was told I couldn't make any changes to the trip. They tried charging me several hundred dollars to make the changes I wanted. After speaking with two customer service members and the manager, I finally ending up cancelling the entire trip with them. I re-booked the vacation from bookit.com, but GBS travel cost me over $1000. They enjoyed screwing me over. Do not do business with these people. They don't care about you or your vacation.

I book with this company, they provide me the best rate for the accomodation and they also offer me the free transfer from Airport CDG to the hotels for us .

the driver was quite friendly. The car was new and the ride was comfortable and secure.

As they told us, We made payment when we arrived to our hotel.

I can absolutely recommend this company. They made our trip easy and se spend a nice holiday at paris.
