I think the best tour company out there for the Galapagos Islands is Galapagos Inc. They are true professionals in the field of adventure tours and vacations, their guys really know what they are doing and they truly provide an amazing experience! The islands are historic and exotic and the whole tour is fun and exciting and adventurous! The guides are friendly and knowledgeable, the company provides great customer service, and I really felt I got my moneys worth through Galapagos Inc., definitely an amazing trip!

I paid for Hotels with English speaking staff and English speaking guides on the Galapagos Islands. I did not receive them. The Tour company kept changing my itinerary, and continually tried to increase my costs from my original quoted price. They were very disorganized, and not exactly professional in their work. I constantly had to call them to make sure I knew what was happening. They did not give me a feeling of confidence in using them.
