I have used Fresh Holidays several times now for booking our family holiday to both Cyprus and Tenerife and I have also used them to book a couple of weekends away for me and my partner.

Their prices are hard to beat and the website is really easy to use. We have stayed in several of the hotels they offer and always had a fantastic time.

On one occasion I had to change the dates of our booking due to a family wedding that clashed with the date we had booked. The booking was changed within a day by simply sending a quick email to them, I was more than impressed!

We stumbled on this website whilst looking for a cheap last minute break in Tenerife. The prices are excellent and the staff were very helpful when we called the freephone number to make our booking. We then decided to add our daughter on to the booking and, again, the response time and attention from staff made this very easy to do. The hotel itself was lovely and (apart from a bit of rain) we had a throughly good time. We are enjoyed this so much that we have already booked our summer holidays in Turkey with Fresh Holidays.

I'm fairly new to booking online so decided to book through Fresh Holidays call centre, free phone number as well! Staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. No pushy sales techniques were used and I was impressed with their genuine intention to meet my needs. I finally booked 2 weeks in all inclusive in Lanzarote. Price was excellent and very competitive(I checked afterwards on these price comparison sites!) Will definately recommend this website to my friends and family.

I've used this site for several years now and always found the service to be of a very high standard. I like to build my own holiday so I find this site very easy to use and I get to pick what flight, hotel etc which best suits me.

My last holiday with Fresh was in Oct last year when I went with 2 freinds to Palma in Majorca. The holiday was lovely and the hotel was everything we expected. As we like to go self catering our apartemtn had everything we needed. The only issue we had was we very stupidly forgot to print off our accomodation e-mail so we had to call the centre who e-mailed a new voucher to another e-mail address, which we had to print off at a nearby internet cafe. The lady I spoke to was very understanding an our issue was resolved quickly.

I will be using this company again as the whole booking process is hassle free and the staff really were great!

My friend recommended me to Fresh Holidays as they had found a really good deal for their holiday. I'm not used to booking holidays online but thought I'd have a look. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were. I found a hotel that I liked and booked to go to Turkey with my wife last July.

Although I was a little nervous about the booking everything went very smoothly. The flights, transfers and hotel were all booked and perfect. The site was very easy to use and I will be using Fresh Holidays again to book my holiday this year. Great site!
